Bastard company did me over hard also noticed there are so many bad reviews about this parking company, and they don’t seem to respond to any of them.
I’ve personally had to pay £300 in fines, even though there are no clear signs or warnings about parking. It feels completely unfair and misleading.
It’s really concerning to see so many people having the same issues and getting no replies or support. Customers are being ignored completely.
Someone needs to investigate them. Disgrace of a company.

Unethical. Why are any organisations giving them contracts?
Have been trying to communicate with this company to help my son with a fine. Similar stories to others here and on Google reviews - no communication until the demand for £100 and the option of appeal has been withdrawn. Unbelivable that Birmingham City Council use this sort of company - they are unethical. Shame on BCC that they do not do any checks on the companies they are contracting out to. We will see them in court and hope the judge explains to them how a decent company should behave towards its customers.

I got given a fine for being 1 minute over the time, even thought they are part of the BPA which gives a grace period of 10 mins. I appealed and it got denied, they clearly do not follow policy

Organized criminal with permission to…
Organized criminal with permission to extort the public with sinister methods. On Christmas day 2024, I was in Birmingham Coventry road and parked on the pavement outside a closed solicitors that they manage. It was night time and there were no visible signs and there were overflowing commercial bins outside. They claim I parked in the two spaces outside the closed solicitor firm which is for customers only. The picture clearly shows I was parked on the pavement and not in the parking bays. They sent the letter months after so they can demand the full £100. I appealed and they went silent. A year later, they sent a letter claiming that I pay up and I don’t have the right to appeal as I’ve not done so within 28 days. They use manipulative tactics and every trick to defraud people. Fight back and complain to the British Parking association and point out how they are clearly a rogue criminal entity. Also complain to the dvla about them for misuse of gdpr as they don’t make contact within the required time

I would not even give this company a one star.
Last Christmas 2024 my husband did a charitable run for children in care.
He unwittingly parked on one of Secure Parking Solutions car park and then the first we heard of this misdemeanor was when we received court papers in July 2025, we stated our case of not receiving any correspondence on this matter to no avail, no response until day 30/09/25 when we received a CCJ notice if we didn't pay £185 within 30 days.
Do not park on these car parks and get caught out like us.
I can not say what I want to say about this company.

Frustrated Senior
Awful car park, unable to read the screen at the kiosk due to shadows cast by the sun.
machine not accepting information when trying to make payment.
unable to make payment using Qscan,
I had thought I had been successful in making payment, though I didn't get a ticket,
returned to the car 5 hours later to find a parking ticket on my screen.
Resulted in £60 fine when it would have only cost me £2.50 for the day, where is the fairness in that.
Terrible website and a complete con
Terrible website and a complete con. Apparently, there’s a minimum charge for vans, but there’s no place to input your vehicle type, clearly just to catch people out. Scum.
Scammers..

Parked in Walsall, neither machine was working had to catch a train so we took the email address phone number and the QR code to contact them whilst on the train. No response to any of our communications, appealed it lost, paid £60.00 by post whish 'would appear to have been lost in the post' and now having to pay £100. Went on their website to pay the £100 demanded to be advised that the 'ticket number you have entered has already been paid' so now they are trying to MAKE US PAY TWICE!!!!

These cowboys tried to scam me into paying 3 PCNs in a road where there was no markings or clear signage.
They then sold the 'debt' to DCB, who are a phoney bailiffs company. DCB escalated this to their solicitors who are called DCB Legal. These pretend solicitors starting sending me legal letters asking me to pay £710, which consisted of loads of madeup added fees. I didn't fall for their tricks and let the judge decide in court yesterday.
The judge was having none of it and sent DCB Legal and Secure Parking Solutions back to the gutter where they came from. The judge also ordered them to pay me back court costs, how ironic.
Don't fall for any tricks from Secure Parking Solutions or DCB Legal. Take it to court and find example defences and witness statements on the moneysaving website forums.

You lucky you get 1 star...if there was a NO STAR option I would have selected that.
Why is this 'company' still available to operate?
No one to communicate with, emails not monitored, late fee dates, Bunch of cowboys with dodgy money ties and NO I will not be paying nothing towards your fraudulent parking claims!!

received 2 notices through the post for parking in a permit area i had a parking permit in the car on both occasions they also took the photos at night and only one site of the window screen, both notices were done in October 24 and i have just received them 04/12 giving me no time to appeal. i have emailed them as per usual with these so called private companies you cant speak to anyone on the phone. looking on companies house look like they have 2 employees and this just seems like a scam. i have emailed them pictures of the permit and asked for the evidence of them send me a letter before the 28 days i don't believe for one second i will receive them absolute jokers
Nothing but a fraud
Nothing but a fraud. Will be reporting them to the police, and sending them a notice through a lawyer. Paid fine twice online. No receipt by email or online. Deliberately did not accept my first payment, so the charge could be increased to 100 pounds from 60 pounds
They don’t answer calls or emails
They don’t answer calls or emails.
I did a GDPR personal access request because I got threats and a court letter for a parking charge that didn’t even have clear signs also, was late at night?
They only replied to my email Friday 4pm because of the GDPR request as a legal requirement, because I requested for the first letter of the parking charge.
I am still waiting for this request
