Do not buy from this company
Ordered the thick luxury rug. It took 10 days to arrive. The rug was nothing like advertised. It is so thin you can see the backing through it. Contacted Customer Services for a return, was told a collection could be any day between 9am & 6pm. I cannot sit in everyday as i work. Eventually they arranged collection for 30th Sept, i took the day off work, no collection was made. They are now ignoring my emails. Im £80 out of pocket. Digusting company. I will now pass this over to trading standards.
