Awful customer service
Awful customer service, Charger went faulty 21/5 , my electrician attended and called Rolec customer services , went through all fault codes etc and said it needs a replacement, called 2 days later no evidence of phone call and nothing on the system !! Even he had him on loud speaker!! We are now 2/6 tried calling several times but never call me back !! Had a car sat on the drive now for over 12 days which I can’t use as no charge , find a more reliable make and company !!

Adrian was amazingly helpful
Adrian was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The instruction manual missed out important information. Adrian talked me through the whole process. Put a check in place to be certain the timer worked, and called me back. The information he had was very helpful. Excellent job. Keep developing the manual and produce instruction videos to reduce Adrian's workload!
Awful experience
Awful experience. Couple with the Monta app, this is comfortably the worst piece of equipment known to man. You park up, follow the instructions on the app, make your payment, and connect your charger. So far so good. Then it starts. Either the app or the charger just suddenly "pauses" charging before any power has been sent to the vehicle. And it just sits like that. No charge received whatsoever. And there is nothing you can do other than stop the charge and receive a refund. And be left with a vehicle with no charge. An absolute joke of a company and service.

From day one I had problems with the Rolec Evo charger. I couldn’t set schedules for weeks which apparently an app problem. And not 8months later the device will not pair so I cannot charge. Please spend a bit more money and get a different brand

Experienced and patient
Rolec support engineer was very knowledgable and patient with me. We tracked the issue I had with my charger and we managed to also improve my overall setup with other chargers. I can fully recommend them.

Charger company failure
Great that i have received my refund, however, why not shut off the App as Vendelectric is no longer or prevent payments being taken. I understand the site owners should have updated the QR codes, but i wonder how many other holiday makers just did'nt realise the payment was taken off their card & is 'Held' in their Vendelectric account which they can't use.

My experience with Rolec fixing an EV charger at our property has been very positive. Chitoo on the helpdesk was patient and clear when trying to help resolve a no connection issue. When it was clear a site visit was needed it was booked in promptly. The engineer, Paul, was friendly, helpful and great at explaining how the charger should operate. All round, a very positive experience. Thank you.
