I had a service call from Piotr SICINSKI at 08:15 this morning (Wed 15 ApriL 2026) about our EV charging post. Both ports were not charging - one has been out of action for a year. I have tried to get this fixed many times but Piotr is the first member of the Rolec team to solve the problem. He was polite, friendly, helpful and got the posts working again. Great service. I phoned Rolec as I couldn't get our Evo charger to work. Lukasz was fab. He went through it step by step. Found the problem. Lukasz then went through all the ways I will be using it, which is great to be able to get all the answers in one go and one place. No automated robot answers - nothing beats speaking to a human! I gave the score because I got my money back and the guy that sorted it was kind and helpful, other than that the service was abysmal, the charger was lite up, downloaded the app, put money on. Only to find the point was not listed in the app, only to find out the app is no longer in use. Then the new app also didn’t list it, if it’s not available then someone should label it as such.

Struggling to reconnect my EVO charger after installing new router - rang helpline ( should have done this to start with !) phone answered very quickly- CHITOO was extremely helpful, patient , understanding and kind and talked me through the resetting .

Out installer let us down but Rolec delivered
Our car charger had developed a fault and was still in warranty. Our original installer referred us on to Rolec, and I dealt with Lukasz Wozniak, who really made the process much easier than I had imagined. He was very helpful, kept me informed of what was happening, and within a week the charger had been changed.

Lucas was amazingly patient and despite a misunderstanding between pressing a button 5 times repeatedly and pressing button and count to 5 we got there in the end.
Started slow, but accelerated the fix pretty quickly
It took a bit of time in the beginning, but as soon as directly mention it was important for me that it was fixed soon, Lukasz got to it very quickly and after a couple of calls and tries, we got someone to fix the charger.
