Hisense 55U7QT - rang the Bristol store and recieved good advice re model and size for my living room. Later ordered online but it wouldn't let me add my VIP club discount. Telesales sorted that for me. Delivered carefully two day later to my living room in perfect condition... and I got ther RS 6 year guarantee.
Only complaint is for Hisense not RS, in that all you get is a start up guide and no instructions on how to adjust the multiple menu options for the best picture. The factort settings were rubbish. Had to resort to the net and YouTube for that. After trial and error I am very please with the picture and the sound is not too bad.. quite listenable.
Very happy with my experience and would recommend RS to anyone.. in fact already done so to a friend.

Postage was good, purchased some special edition monitor audio silver 100 7g speakers open box unfortunately no certificate of authenticity in the box,i suppose i should of asked first, fighting for one now from monitor audio direct saying that the price was good and helpful service

The experience of buying and even a demo of the tv were excellent as we wanted a tv for outdoors and viewing angles were important. I have bought many items from RS over the years and would definitely buy again. The staff in particular are always very knowledgable and helpful.

I have pre-ordered a turn table needle and instead if delivery to my place, course it thru their branch hear in Glasgow. They were kind enough to inform me every time there is an update on the delivery process. Efficient service and happy with the product.

I bought the product (Denon AVX-C3800H) online with a 3 day delivery mentioned. After 8 days I contacted Richer Sounds online Customer Service who explained that the additional item, a 'special' HDMI cable, was no longer available. They offered to replace it with the next length up and the unit, with the cable, were delivered the next day. Once all the connections were made I started the setup process but halfway through that the remote control handset failed. To cut a long story short I ended up with 3 remotes, all of which failed within 24 hours of delivery. I later purchased a 3rd party remote which has worked perfectly since then. The Weybridge branch was very helpful and exchanged the unit when it was assumed the problem lay there. It didn't but the staff were certainly trying to ensure I had a working unit. Coincidentally, the second unit did not sound as good as the first one but over the last 2 months there have been a number of downloaded updates and it is working very well now. My only quibble is the £19.98 I had to pay for a working remote which clearly should have been replaced by Denon
