Although mine was a relatively small order I made a couple of phone calls to head office and your Oxford store to clarify a few things and was very impressed by the helpful attitude and expertise of the staff. The final cost was very competitive.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and give good advice based on what you tell them that you are looking for. I also recently had to get a tv looked at using their 6 year guarantee and it was an impressively efficient service.

Great service as always. Questions answered quickly and honestly by a "real" knowledgeable human being, very fast tracked delivery (if needed) with one hour delivery window. Excellent value. Easy telephone access to speak directly to a sales person. If only all companies could be like this - forget AI, Richer Sounds is definitely "A One".

Made the initial inquiry over the phone so helpful and pleasant we could fo done the order over the phone but I really want to go and see sales person in Oxford. But delivery service is really disappointing... My amplituner was delivery unsecured in another box, box was damaged not very much but still...And price was very good as well 👍🏻

Product great, as expected and Richer sounds Oxford excellent as usual, and was replacing an older Denon. Unfortunately the ‘feature decal’ that Denon slaps across the front panel pulled off some of the black finish! Gutted, but I’ll live with it.

We dealt with Paddy at the Oxford Store. Good advice on OLED type 4HD TVs, purchased a 42" LG.
Prompt delivery and returning our dead TV for recycling, and the packaging for the new one was very easy.

It would help if the delivery guys could unpack and take away the packaging but otherwise first class as usual.

I was kept fully informed about my order, receiving an up to the minute personal call from Paddy when it arrived.

Ash was brilliant- patience and professionalism at their highest standards
