I try to buy from Richer Sounds if I can, but I thought that I would have to get from another retailer. I wanted a new 55 inch Samsung TV, but it was cheaper elsewhere. I rang the Plymouth shop and spoke to Ben who came up with a lower price so I quickly said yes. TV delivered a few days later and I'm very pleased with it. Thank you Ben!

What can I say about this company? Except that I had popped in just to have a look at the products and after asking Samuel in the Solihull store a few questions about the turntable and speakers I decided to have a coffee and I think about which product I wanted I could have the cheaper copy or pay a lot more and have the flagship item and again after some friendly professional advice, I decided if you want to have the best sound you need the best product. Samuel was proficient professional applied all times not overpowering like some salesman. He listened to my needs and advise me correctly and I’m so glad I made my purchase. I will definitely go back again when I need to enhance my sound system and recommend them very highly if you want a good turntable speakers and equipment to get that sound from your vinyl then go see Samuel in the Solihull store definitely worth more than five stars thank you very much for your professionalism and understanding top salesman with top knowledge definitely five star plus

I phoned up to ask for advice about a projector. Ed at the Chelsea branch was excellent- listened to my questions, took it away to think about and then phoned back to offer solid advice. Bought the projector, it’s awesome and Ed even phoned back a few days later to see how I was getting on with it. Amazing service.

Dawn , whom I found out later is the manager, was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was a returning customer but my first time in the Lichfield branch. I had an idea of the tv I wanted but Dawn steered me to an Oled tv which is brilliant. A big shout out to Andy who installed the tv and was absolutely ace. Another triumph Richer sounds. Sought advice via the telephone line, not convinced they actually knew what I asked (difference between LA and LB model LG TV’s). They did provide some info re quality/suitability, but it’s not like looking at a product in the flesh so remains a blind buying experience with inherent fears if you don’t like what you get. Purchase itself simple enough inc application of discount code. An okay rather than outstanding experience.
Jay answered my query really quickly with helpful advice and even including photographs so that I could understand. The connecting cable I needed was ready for me to collect that day with clear instructions on what I had to do. I really couldn't ask for a better customer service; polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you very much Jay!

Called into Tunbridge Wells branch hoping they could advise on what to buy after my deck stopped working. They tested my speakers and found it was a faulty cable, gave me a replacement. I was ready to spend a few hundred but their knowledge saved me a lot of money.
We've always bought from Richer Sounds and they have fantastic knowledgeable staff.

So the delivery was on time as promised and it was unfortunate to say the least that the LG TV I ordered was 'dead on arrival' - nothing Richer Sounds could have done about that! You don't notice customer service until things go wrong - and that is when it counts. The Richer Sounds customer experience provided by Ilias could not have been better. He ordered a new replacement within 2 hours and at the same time I received a new delivery note. On top of this I was given some compensation for my trouble which is greatly appreciated. Well done!

First they sent me a voucher, most welcome. I decided to buy a Roberts Radio and the transaction over the phone went really smoothly. I knew I would be near the shop so opted to collect it, they phoned me to say the radio had arrived at the shop and I collected it later that afternoon. Shout out to Ewan for guiding me through the process and arranging collection. All the staff I met were really polite and knowledgeable. Customer service? Faultless. Price? Couldn't be beaten.
