I was very happy with the experience from Richer Sounds I wanted to upgrade my existing TV to a smart one and after doing some research found what I was looking for at a reasonable price . I have bought a TV from them before and the staff are very knowledgeable

Great customer service
Great customer service. Although the item I ordered was a pre-order item, the team kept me informed with regular updates about its delivery. Now I've received it, it's a great product - the "Tina" record player is superb and a great way of listening to all my records!

The website was easy to navigate through and purchasing the speaker through the checkout system was easy. The delivery was delayed however the communication was sound so all good, thank you.

TV delivered was damaged
TV delivered was damaged , Richer sound organised next day delivery. TV I had ordered was out of stock so they upgraded my purchase at no extra cost

Richer Sounds Customer for 20+ years
I've been using Richer Sounds for over 20 years. They are always worth checking for good deals on quality products and I often go into my nearest store to talk to the staff about what I'm interested in and then buy there or order on line. My latest purchase is a Ruark RS3 which wasn't my first choice but after doing some research and listening to one in store I decided that was the one to get.

Stylus delivery issues.
Have ordered from RS before & no issues.
However, I ordered the item and paid extra postage for next day delivery on Tuesday for a birthday present on Thursday 30th July.
Apparently a delivery was attempted, people were in the house, but even so it would have fitted through the letter box.
No notifications that a delivery had been attempted, I had to follow it up.
It was delivered the next day. Wrapped in some bubble wrap inside a plastic bag.
The box was not in good condition, dog eared. Not ideal for a birthday gift from a daughter.
Price is good.

Delivery cancelled without notice…
Delivery cancelled without notice waited till 7,30 pm tried to call but delivery company office was closed later that evening I had message to say that it was cancelled and why it’s was cancelled I know people are more important than a tv but a message would of been helpful

It appears that the third-party courier we used let both you and us down on this occasion, which is clearly not good enough. We expect more from the delivery partners that represent our business and I have shared both your concerns and my own with them. We have also discussed how their processes can be improved to ensure that, when delays do occur, customers are kept informed with the minimum possible inconvenience.
That said, I accept full responsibility for the issue, as we choose the partners we work with. We have recently introduced a small fleet of our own delivery vehicles to support a number of deliveries, giving us greater control over the service we provide. Experiences such as yours only strengthen our determination to expand this capability further.
In the meantime, I understand you have since spoken with our customer service team, who have arranged a goodwill gesture by way of apology. Should I be able to assist further in any way, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
