Good price and follow up customer service.
It came down to price and a particular offer on purchasing from Richer Sounds.
Unfortunately one piece of equipment arrived damaged and was not from the delivery, however was swiftly replaced.
Would recommend.

I purchased a tuner several months ago, on line. It was delivered as promised and worked perfectly initially. When it developed a fault recently I was uncertain what I could do about it. I need not have worried. When I explained to Richer Sounds the details they quickly sent a replacement and collected the failed item. The service could not have been better.

I am extremely disappointed with how my replacement TV order is being handled. After negotiating a discounted price over email to replace a faulty unit, the customer service team has repeatedly tried to force me onto the telephone, completely ignoring my explicit requests to keep this transaction to email.
To make matters worse, a representative named Jags randomly sent me a secure payment link on a Friday afternoon at 4:20 PM, demanding I pay it within a ridiculous 15-minute window before it expired. I was busy, the link expired, and the communication has been entirely unprofessional.
I have my voucher receipt and a locked-in price in writing. I do not want to use the phone. I just want a working payment link that doesn't expire in minutes so I can buy my television in peace. Shocking service from a company that prides itself on customer care.

Not Richer as such, but your chosen delivery company DPD didn't show up and sent the TV back to you. We had confirmation from them and you for the delivery date, my wife stayed in all day, nothing showed up. When I called customer service they said DPD had been a disaster all day, - which didn't help us.
We cancelled and brought a TV elsewhere as we needed it. Zero communication from yourselves or DPD.
