The S & K Kann Ultra does not read MP4's
Your advert did not state that this device will not read MP4, which make up the bulk of my music library. I've converted some of them and should take another six weeks to convert the rest. Had I known this, I would not have wasted my money. A fool and his money are soon parted,

The formats supported by the KANN are listed on both our website and the manufacturer's. As compatibility can vary between devices and file types, it's simply not practical to list every format that isn't supported.

Good price and quick delivery
After shopping around, found the best deal on Richer Sounds. Added bonus of additional warranty and the item being in stock. Informative delivery and within the time specified. The delivery company BJS were very good. Delivered when they said they would, a rarity these days. Maybe, being employee owned, makes a difference :)
