Hello Ken,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review RegCure Pro.
I would be happy to take the time to address your feedback. I have found your recent renewal, and do see that you were charged 19.97 GBP plus VAT.
The price break down should be displayed for the end user to review prior to completing the purchase. This is shown on the page where the end user is either entering the credit card details, or PayPal payment.
At times,we do find this is overlooked or missed during the purchase. We do regret any confusion during the renewal process.
If you do have further questions or concerns, I would be happy to assist further.

I paid for my subscription but I did not receive a link to download the new information. My computer was slowing down so I tried
to use the program anyway. Because it would not
correct the errors I subscribed to another program.
It showed many more errors than regcure. I made a decision to stop using Regcure and use the other program. The program is Zookaware.
I would like to have my money refunded from Regcure but I do not think they will respond to the request.

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all of our purchases so there is no risk in taking advantage of our support while you are within this time frame.
When renewing your subscription, there is generally no need to download anything, as the program remains the same. The end user simply refreshes the program by closing and reopening, and this generally updates the new subscription end date.
We do see you contacted our support team, and can confirm we did respond offering assistance, may we ask whether you received that correspondence? If not, at times, our emails can be located within one's junk or spam folder.
