Glitchy, but resolved
1. I have been renewing annually, when it gave a reminder. This time there were problems. Even though I renewed, it could not "see" that, and would not let me proceed. I contacted customer service, and they did fix it within a day. However, I also learned that this reminder was way too early (some system migration on their side caused it). Since I do plan to continue, no big deal, I have just renewed for one year very much in advance.
2. Another thing I dislike is having to mail in for my rebate -- every year. Why not just charge the final price directly? Irritating!
3. I am having problems (error 19) with my Yahoo email, even before the renewal. Online help suggested a different PC cleaning product. I ran that scan for free, and it suggested that a RegCure Renewal file was suspicious. Pareto (RegCure) has assured me it is not a problem from their end. So I accept that, but I wonder.

We can confirm that we were having an issue with premature expiry for some clients, and we have a fix in place to address this for our clients. We are glad that what we provided resolved this issue for you. Also, we can refund any premature renewals should you prefer. Simply contact support and let us know.
I have reviewed our correspondence history with you, and the issue with Yahoo is not related to the registry within your system, and from what we've sent you, it appears to be an issue with Yahoo and possibly using this on multiple devices.
Unfortunately, the only way to look into this is through Yahoo's support. To re-iterate, this issue will not be resolved with any form of software, scan or fixes, as it is within Yahoo and not your particular system.
As for the mail in rebate, we understand how time consuming and frustrating this can be, and we have escalated your feedback, along with others in this regard to the appropriate department for further research on this matter.
You also mentioned another product had found a component of our software and identified it as a possible threat, this is considered a false positive. If this occurs, we work directly with our clients to resolve the issue. We also have the issue escalated to contact the appropriate vendor to have this false positive removed.

License renewal not recognised.
I renewed my license, as I did in previous years, but the software did not recognise the renewal. I had to contact technical support who provided a simple procedure to correct the problem. It should not have happened in the first place.

Just to touch on your comments regarding this should never have happened. Please do keep in mind, every computer is different, and how one uses their system is individual.
One of the main reasons we find that the renewal doesn't always reflect instantly on the end users system is the fact that at times, our computers need a simple refresh. What this entails is to restart the computer, and this can then instigate many things, such as a fresh connection to the internet as well as a push to many different programs, along with your Windows Operating system to perform updates.
Computers at times do go into sleep, or hibernate, and this restart is simply to wake the system back up.
