Hello,
Thank you so much for providing feedback on your recent renewal.
We do not offer phone support as we feel that we can provide you with the best customer support via email. Email support is available 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 4pm PST. Also, we are a small company located on the West Coast of Canada, and our support hours are limited.
In addition, our online support keeps detailed records in one place which ensures that nothing is lost amongst our team members and if we ever need to escalate your issue, these details can be easily accessed by our Senior Technicians. We’ll always have access to previous cases so you won’t have to repeat questions. Troubleshooting issues can be quite technical and the use of screenshots to provide assistance is extremely helpful.
We understand that some people prefer phone support so if you would like for one of our Customer Support Representatives to give you a call, please send us an email with the following information.
* Your phone number
* If you prefer a morning callback or an afternoon callback. Please also include your time zone as we are located on the Pacific West coast. We are only available to call between 9am-3pm PST during the week.
Someone from our Customer Support Team will get back to you within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 3pm PST.
The satisfaction of our clients is of the utmost importance to the ParetoLogic support team; if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Hello David,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent renewal of RegCure Pro.
Generally speaking, when purchasing a renewal, nothing should change. The program is generally on the system unless something has happened, or changed. Renewals simply extend the existing subscription.
We are unsure what exactly has happened and why you have lost the use of the software. What I would like to do to day, is email you from our Support Center with steps on how to reinstall your software, and include a copy of your license key.
You will receive this email to the address that is associated to your account. Please do keep an eye on the Junk or Spam folder if you do not see my email within the next hour.

The program itself works beautifully. When it comes time for renewal however, that's another story. It goes through the scanning process that takes a bit of time Then tells you it's time to renew the subscription. That's when the trouble starts. You pay and follow all the required steps, start over with another scan only to be told Again the system is time for renewal. It took me two days to go through tech support to get my program renewed, up and running. My husband is going through the exact same thing this very day on his computer.

Hello Jeanne,
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent renewal.
I would like to apologize for any difficulties you have experienced during the renewal of your software. We have found the best way to refresh your program after purchasing a renewal, is to restart your entire computer. Also, we ask that you please confirm that you and your husband have the most up to date version.
Let's have both of you open RegCure Pro, click on About, and on this page, confirm that you have Product Version: 3.3.38. If this is not showing, please click the Check for updates... button and install any required updates.
If further issues arise, the support department is more than happy to help. I can confirm that your husband is corresponding with one of our team currently, hopefully we can work with you and your husband on resolving this issue for you.
The satisfaction of our clients is of the utmost importance to the ParetoLogic support team; if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
