Hello Dan,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent RegCure Pro renewal.
If you are finding RegCure Pro is taking too much time to scan and clean, you can certainly customize how and when the program performs the scan and fix.
Open RegCure Pro, click on Settings, first click on General Settings, select or deselect any feature here you wish to enable or disable.
Next, with RegCure Pro open, click on Maintenance. On this page, you can select the frequency of the scan for each category by selecting the drop down menu next to each area. Also, if you click on the Customize button at the bottom, you can have the program scan during times that are convenient for you.

People who handle your rebate are incompetent
People who handle your rebate are incompetent. They reject it saying to resubmit. I have no idea what was wrong with my submission - they don't tell you. I'm positive I sent everything they required. You need to look into this -- I'm positive I'm not their only victim.

Hello Ed,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent RegCure Pro renewal.
I regret to hear that you had a poor experiencing with the submission of the rebate form. Unfortunately, as the rebate company is separate from ParetoLogic, and they simply handle the rebates only, we have no access as to why they rejected your rebate.
As a kind gesture, as it appears you did what was required, I am going to issue you a $10 refund to cover the cost of the rebate you were to receive.
This refund will come from SafeCart, our online e-commerce company, and you should see the funds returned to the account you used to purchase with. This should be reflected within the next 2-3 business days.

Hello James,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent RegCure Pro renewal.
We would like to ensure you are aware that RegCure Pro will attempt to delete known malicious files and processes; however, this is limited to specific areas of the computer and is not equivalent to a full scan with an antivirus program. This is in keeping with RegCure Pro's role as a general maintenance program, capable of fixing many common issues. We do not suggest using RegCure Pro as your primary anti-virus software.
Please do keep in mind, our support is available should you require it.
Please keep in mind, your subscription also includes our support for a variety of issues. Simply contact us via our Support Center, with any questions or concerns, and our team will respond in kind.

Hello David,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent RegCure Pro renewal.
From what you describe, it sounds as though you received two email offers for your renewal. I do not have access to these, however I can only think these two different offers were sent due to the fact that your program did expire in June. The automated renewal offers are sent out at that time, then another offer is sent out when there is no renewal purchased. This system is all automated, and we have no control over the offers that are sent out.
May we ask whether the second offer provided a discounted rate? We do see that your renewal was charged in GBP £.
You can purchase in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros and British Pounds sterling. This option is only made available if your IP address falls into the corresponding country or countries associated with that currency. If the country that you reside in does not fall into any of these categories then the currency used will be US Dollars.
If you wish, we are happy to review the email offers, and ensure you got the pricing you were offered.
The satisfaction of our clients is of the utmost importance to the ParetoLogic support team; if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
