We live in a rural village, for many years depending on archaic BT broadband, but their system finally worked, providing coverage throughout our large old property. Thankfully I clicked on FB and was soon contacted by Nicola Borman from Quickline. No hardsell just a friendly informative explanation, all my fears about leaving BT were removed. I immediately signed up and everything was booked within a few minutes, and at a massive monthly saving. The Engineer Johnnie soon arrived and was informative and very helpful. Within an hour everything was installed and tested and we have moved from steam power to the speed of light broadband, the whole house is covered like never before. Two weeks on and wow very happy. Only one star, unfortunately because I couldn't leave no stars which is what they deserve, I've been with this company for a few years, but I recently change my contract from 100 m up and 100 m down speed, to thier 200 m up 200 m down speed, it was slightly cheaper and supposedly faster.
But its worse than the old speed, emails unanswered, managed eventually to contact via phone, they changed the router, but still no good. phoned again,and fobbed off stating I'm getting a good speed, although no where near what I'm paying for. unfortunately I'm now stuck because the new contract means I have to stay for two years.
Stay clear of this company, its run by morons, and you don't get what you pay for.

So rewind back to the beginning, a nice sales man comes round and swaps my broadband as my service with sky was awful and I was happy to swap, he promised he’d do the full swap over for me from sky, I’d have to do nothing , I’d also receive an incentive and referral incentive, great!

Overall I am extremely pleased with the broadband service and speeds.
The ordering and installation were an administrative nightmare with delays and missed appointments.
However I have to really say this company held there hand up and admitted the errors and have gone above and beyond it getting the situation resolved.
A good company isn't one who doesn't make mistakes, but rather one who knows how to deal with, and resolve those mistakes. Every step of the way I was dealt with with respect and every single person I dealt with was a pleasure to speak to.
