Shaun came to install WiFi extenders throughout our home. He came on time and was very friendly. He explained things well.
When he left we had good strong WiFi in every room.

After nothing but problem after problem with Zzoomm and being passed from pillar to post with people we did not understand, I did a bit of research online and found Quickline was coming to our area (North Yorkshire). I filled in the details and received a call from Alan who was absolutely fantastic. He gave me all the information I was looking for, and got me a great deal. £1 for the first month, and £33 per month afterwards for 1 gig! Practically unheard of prices, so Alan immediately got me on the waitlist. As soon as they’re able to install it for us, Alan will call me and arrange all of that.
We had a good natter and spoke about our shared love of gaming, fellow gamers will know how vital it is to be able to speak to someone that understands the need for speedy and reliable internet! He didn’t try to upsell me, he told me I’d be fine at 500mbps but I asked if we could do the 1gb instead, to make sure we had plenty of speed.
He was a delight to chat to, and unbeknownst to him, a bit of a friend in a rough moment I’m having with my health. I’m disabled so I don’t always get to meet new people, so being able to chat about games and things like that was fantastic. Going through the details and everything didn’t feel stressful at all, it was very casual and very easy.
Thank you so much Alan and Quickline, I can’t wait to come back and tell everyone how great my Internet speeds are.

Liam Morgan came out today to get my internet working again after it had been down since last Thursday. A previous engineer visited but couldn't find the fault. Liam quickly identified that a loose wire from the pole, caused by an apple tree, was the problem.
He was brilliant from start to finish. He cleared the branches out of the way, fixed the issue straight away, and got everything working again. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Excellent service

I had not heard of this company until 6 months ago. Today they have completed the installation of broadband which is 20 times faster than previously available in this rural area, and half the previous monthly cost. Their representatives have all been professional, polite and very helpful. In addition the installation engineer (Kyle) has been tidy and efficient, a credit to the company. The product works perfectly. I highly recommend Quickline if they come to your area.
