Pure Cremation - pure and simple
I'm giving this review for the Cremation plan that my partner took out after I had purchased my Pure Cremation plan. I didn't want a big fuss/affair when I died. I consulted my son and daughter and they acknowledged my wishes. Similarly, my partner wanted the same.
The on-line procedure was straight forward. For my plan I did have recourse to telephone Pure Cremation to confirm the name of my Nominated Representative and to whom, and where, I wanted my ashes returned to, as I did not state that on my initial booking.
The Customer Service Representative was most attentive and was able to update my plan accordingly and I received the updated plan by post within a few days.

So easy to do,followed your wishes,it’s just another thing I don’t need to think about.After loosing my husband 5 years ago during Covid,I had to wait a month before his cremation,I would never ever put my daughter through the heart ache and pain of waiting to say our goodbyes knowing where my husband was,it was mentally soul destroying.Pure Cremation have the exact goodbye when my time comes that will be so pain free for my family.
