Entombo’s team made a difficult time so much easier for me, when my beloved grandma suddenly passed away. Everything was clear, honest, and easy to arrange online, and SJM handled every detail with such warmth and respect. I felt cared for every step of the way, which is so important during such tough personal time.

Still waiting on a critical death certificate after repeated requests.
I’ve been left under immense stress due to poor communication, no follow-through, and a total lack of accountability.

I’ve been patient and understanding for over 5 weeks, but not even calling, showing up to an agreed appointment, or replying to numerous email requests — despite me clearly explaining I have URGENT legal appointments — is simply unacceptable.

All I’ve received are excuses — and not a shred of responsibility.

This has added unnecessary pressure during such an extremely stressful time.

I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting care, respect, or RESPONSIBLE FOLLOW UP during such an Extremely Stressful time. I have been BEYOND Patient, Understanding & to not even Call, Apologize or SHOW UP TO AN APPT (with no follow up AT ALL) has only ADDED to this extremely stressful time
