Outstanding Service

I have been a Pure Clinica customer for around 12 years now. Their customer service is wonderful and efficient. I had a minor problem with my order today which was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner by Olivia… she is a star! ⭐

Their 4 x strength Curcumin product is a supplement that I really believe in for all its acclaimed benefits. I will be a happy customer of theirs for many years to come.

Reliable company and products

I have been using their collagen supplements for many years and they have helped my health, joints and skin greatly. Colin has also helped me with delivery when my items got stuck at customs. He responded quickly and arranged my items to be delivered from an EU storage facility within a couple of days. With a great relief I was able to get my items before leaving for my vacation. Thanks for the great customer service!

WOW. So great customer service is not dead

So great customer service is not dead; certainly not at Pureclinica that is!
Even though their website is clear and easy to use, I somehow managed to order the wrong product.I needn’t have worried.
My email to customer services received an immediate response from Olivia at this family-run supplier of top quality health supplements and the problem was solved. My order was changed to the correct product and I was back to spring sun bathing!
Than you Olivia. WOW services from a wow company.

Minor Communications Hiccup

I bought some Triple Strength Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid, hip replacement surgery coming up soon. There was a minor hiccup in communications, but it was resolved speedily, and professionally.
So yes, thanks Colin at Pureclinica, and I recommend this company.

After ordering the triple strength…

After ordering the triple strength omega 3 I asked customer service for the 3rd party tests and they gave me a product specification sheet, claiming that it's a 3rd party CoA. The document had no date, no mention of a company, no test results etc.

After this I asked for a refund since they can't provide proof that the product has been tested.

I have yet to receive any message back or a refund.

ALSO, in the specification sheet they gave, they list EPA levels at 180mg and DHA at 120mg for the 1000mg ??? They should be 360mg and 220mg???

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. AVOID.

High strength, great value, 5 star well deserved.

I have been purchasing vitamins from Pureclinica.com (a family-owned company) for years, having compared the strength and prices against the larger, well-known companies. The more you buy of an item, the lower the price, and they have a long shelf life. The free well-packaged delivery is usually by the next day. Their customer service is excellent (thank you, Colin). I highly recommend this company.

Turmeric Supplements stop my knee pain.

I had stopped using my Pureclinica Turmeric and Curcumin products for a few months. I am almost 60 years old. I do Les Mills Spin Classes at my local gym twice per week. A few weeks ago my knees started getting a dull pain after the exercise. After speaking to a friend they recommended Turmeric products. That reminded me to use my Pureclinica Turmeric tablets and within 2 weeks the pain was gone. This is my genuine experience.

SIMPLY THE BEST!

Having used a few other supplement companies, I put this one first. I have been a customer for many years and have recommended PURECLINICA to many other people. Even my Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon wanted to see what I was taking after looking at my X-rays and expecting me to be in a lot of pain which I wasn’t. A few years ago my husband was going to give up golf because of lower back pain but once the Glucosamine/Chondroitin kicked in, it really made the world of difference and he was able to continue playing. Therefore, I swear by the supplements that my husband and I take. Supplements don’t work overnight, they take a while to get into your system before you feel the benefit.
I highly recommend this company to anyone out there who is considering using it and their Customer Service is also excellent.

No third party clinical testing results received

They refuse to provide any third party clinical testing of their products.

I've emailed their sales team twice and received nothing back, they haven't even asked for the batch number.

I'll continue with their Pqq since I've experienced no side effects, but I'm very glad I didn't buy anything else.

They have the absolute nerve to advertise that they are third-party tested and won't show the results?

Avoid, at all costs.

I can't recommend them

Questionable company with questionable practices. I placed an order over a month ago. After 5 weeks of not getting a shipping notification or receiving anything I emailed them and they said "oops we didn't have one of the products in stock so we didn't ship anything and also didn't notify you. We don't have an ETA for the product to be back in stock either". Which means they effectively took my payment and then just kept the money and sat there with it for 5 weeks without preparing or shipping my order and decided not to notify me. If I hadn't emailed they would've kept it indefinitely.

It's now been 6 weeks since they took my payment, did not ship anything, do not have an ETA for their product to be back in stock and they stopped replying to my customer service ticket a week ago where I asked for a refund. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with Amex and initiating a chargeback. I feel like I'm dealing with a sketchy kickstarter startup and having to fight to receive what I paid for or getting a refund. They seem to have unlimited time to spam their customers with 8 essay-long emails per day but very little time to actually provide customer service.

Edit: magically after posting this review I got an email from customer service (after a week of radio silence) and a refund. If you want to gamble on dealing with them that's on you me personally I don't feel like they value me or my business so I will be looking elsewhere

Great brand

Great brand. All products are very professionally presented with their Amazon site very informative, giving real reassurance that you're purchasing the best for purpose. The % amounts per item far outweigh over brands, so completely worth the purchase. Full recommended 👍

Customer Services

I received an incorrect item on 8th September 2025. I emailed customer services to advise. I received an email from them on 9th September 2025 apologising and advised they send correct item. They also said I could keeping item sent in error. Today 11th September 2025 I received the correct. This is customer services at the next level. I have used this Company before and cannot fault the service they give. Would definitely recommend them.
