Quality product and wonderful customer service.

I have been using the high strength resveratrol for about two months and have noticed a difference, especially in my eyesight, which I wasn't expecting and was an unexpected bonus. I had a subscription with them and had to cancel due to a change in personal circumstances, and the customer service was brilliant - speedy, friendly, accommodating, and doing what they could to help. I would happily use this company over one of the bigger ones any day, and have faith that their other products would be equally high quality. I will resume buying from them when I can. Having only received part of my order I have tried to contact Customer Services by both email and telephone on several occasions. There has been no response in the past few days despite their claim that they respond in a day. This is extremely frustrating especially when they have taken my money. Having seen a review by Jack on the 5th October it seems that his problems are very similar to mine! Andrew the founder of Pureclinica replied to Jack indicating there had been some kind of issue with their software denying response to incoming emails. It appears that this issue is ongoing.

Great Collagen with combined HLA tablets, I am 56 yo female and I find these tablets make a real difference to me. I have been using them for 2 months now. I specifically purchased 2 bottles of the Pureclinica "Bilberry Blend" and the items arrived very fast and well packaged. I've been taking the product for nearly a month and the results rival the other brands I've used over the years. I have purchased the Triple Strength Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid - as recommended by a friend as I need a collagen supplement without Vit C. It is such a good price for the quantity. My first 3 months has delivered as expected, helping tissue damage recover with an added benefit of improving my skin. I decided to order again and unfortunately I missed the delivery and Royal Mail marked the package returned to sender.
