Excellent support and help from the agent
Having had an issue with Evri who failed to deliver the product Hannah, your agent, was absolutely fantastic and sorted it out immediately. She really went above and beyond to help me and I received the items withing 2 days. My only suggestion would be to reconsider using a very unreliable courier or giving customers the choice of courier eg Royal Mail or Eavri

Superb company
Customer services were superb when my package was not delivered by Etsi( who are hopeless) I have it on camera that he supposedly put it in letterbox then went away with it! New Leaf replaced it immediately and used Royal mail

Great customer service
I ordered one month's supply of Marine Collagen capsules and they arrived very promptly. I was so impressed that I put in another order for 3 months' supply. Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with delivery of this order. I contacted New Leaf via email and received a reply within 24 hours apologising and informing me a second shipment would be
made and I look forward to receiving this. The company seems genuinely concerned and their customer care is second to none. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying supplements.
