They refuse to provide any third party clinical testing of their products.

I've emailed their sales team twice and received nothing back, they haven't even asked for the batch number.

I'll continue with their Pqq since I've experienced no side effects, but I'm very glad I didn't buy anything else.

They have the absolute nerve to advertise that they are third-party tested and won't show the results?

Avoid, at all costs.

Questionable company with questionable practices. I placed an order over a month ago. After 5 weeks of not getting a shipping notification or receiving anything I emailed them and they said "oops we didn't have one of the products in stock so we didn't ship anything and also didn't notify you. We don't have an ETA for the product to be back in stock either". Which means they effectively took my payment and then just kept the money and sat there with it for 5 weeks without preparing or shipping my order and decided not to notify me. If I hadn't emailed they would've kept it indefinitely.

It's now been 6 weeks since they took my payment, did not ship anything, do not have an ETA for their product to be back in stock and they stopped replying to my customer service ticket a week ago where I asked for a refund. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with Amex and initiating a chargeback. I feel like I'm dealing with a sketchy kickstarter startup and having to fight to receive what I paid for or getting a refund. They seem to have unlimited time to spam their customers with 8 essay-long emails per day but very little time to actually provide customer service.

Edit: magically after posting this review I got an email from customer service (after a week of radio silence) and a refund. If you want to gamble on dealing with them that's on you me personally I don't feel like they value me or my business so I will be looking elsewhere

Great brand. All products are very professionally presented with their Amazon site very informative, giving real reassurance that you're purchasing the best for purpose. The % amounts per item far outweigh over brands, so completely worth the purchase. Full recommended 👍

I received an incorrect item on 8th September 2025. I emailed customer services to advise. I received an email from them on 9th September 2025 apologising and advised they send correct item. They also said I could keeping item sent in error. Today 11th September 2025 I received the correct. This is customer services at the next level. I have used this Company before and cannot fault the service they give. Would definitely recommend them.

I do not like to write bad reviews but this is the only way I found to prevent eventual future customers to fall in the same situation I did.
An order made 2 weeks ago that is returned to Pureclinica by shipping company next day due to a "Service Error" and then total absence of response from Customer Service (including phone in website that does not work). Status: no order received, no money returned, no answers from Pureclinica. Thought this was impossible in today's ecommerce world. Edited: Customer service replied to refund (not solving shipping issue), changing rate accordingly.

I accidentally ordered something I didn't want but Colin was great - cancelled the order and issued a refund straightaway. I have a couple of subscriptions with these guys - great value, good products and orders always despatched promptly.

I have been a dedicated customer with Pureclinica for about 2 years. I spent a lot of time researching the best quality vitamins and mineral products - after being frustrated by paying over the odds for poor quality products. I truly believe I have found a reputable company which provides the highest quality products - without all the marketing nonsense and I feel happy paying their fair prices for this exceptional quality.
I subscribe monthly to their Collagen products (amongst using others). This month I had over subscribed and needed to postpone my order. This was done without fuss and exceptional customer service. Colin in the Pureclinica Customer Service team could not have been anymore helpful and assisted in my needs most politely and incredibly efficiently. I cannot recommend Pureclinica products and business higher - would not hesitate to refer or recommend anyone to their website and products.

They care about what goes into their products, unlike big pharmaceuticals who care mostly about profit.
