I booked a table which happened to be…
I booked a table which happened to be on Mothers Day ( we were not going for that reason ) , we just wanted a quick meal after the cinema . It was not until after I booked when looking up the menu that I realised it was a set menu only for Mothers Day at £25.95 a head . It did not tell me this when I booked it or I would not have done so . I cancelled the booking for this reason and have been charged £10 a head .
This would have been fair had it been made clear when I booked about the set menu but it was not .
Very very poor service
Very very poor service
With two kids we waited more to an an hour
The excuse was they have one chef for about 30 people waiting
Dreadful in every regard
Dreadful in every regard. Staff, food quality how long everything took, simply abysmal how are you in business!
Disgusting prices on valentines and management of Ware so rude
Disgusting! My 15yr old son. Took his girlfriend to Prezzo on valentines to be charged £57 for 2 cokes, a pizza and a spaghetti bol! Absolutely disgusting. Then called and manager Yulani stood by the prices charged, prices hyped up for valentines but would not tell me the cost on a normal day. These are kids, out for a meal and Prezzo has robbed them! Just disgusting
Very rude, unfriendly staff/manageress and served me the wrong food!
I asked for a plant based spaggetti bolognaise in Bridgwater Prezzo's and they bought me pasta swirls instead of spaggetti. I said i had milk intolerance but when i saw my billl it said gluten free so they got that wrong too! It was very disappointing! The staff/manageress was very rude and unfriendly! I spent £32 in there. I was planning to go in Prezzo's every week but i won't bother at all now. They lost a customer forever now but they don't care. Too snobby aswell.
Rugby branch
Rugby branch - 24.01.26-booked a specific table for 7.30. On arrival there was no other table but a Small one for 4 people. Was told the people wouldnt be long so we could sit and just have a drink while we waited. That was untrue because they hadn’t even started there main meal. We ordered a drink and waited for over 20minutes! We decided to leave . The restaurant was busy and well understaffed, the young girls looked worn out. The manager just said sorry and we left . Not sure I would go back now
Went to Prezzo Freeport Braintree…
Went to Prezzo Freeport Braintree yesterday and found the waiters inviting and friendly. We hadn't booked, but were found a table. Our waitress "Angelika" was very sociable and on the ball, didn't have to wait long between courses even though they were very busy. The atmosphere was buzzing with customers. After many years of dining at Prezzo the downside is that the prices have started to get on the high side with slightly smaller portions. That said it was a very nice lunch.
Failed short of good food
Failed short of good food, service and expectations. A large table booking for a birthday, can only use one voucher per table and couldn’t even use the birthday gift of Prosecco, only one voucher we keep being told!
Always enjoy a visit to Prezzo…
Always enjoy a visit to Prezzo helpfully staff and tasty food. Unfortunately their app is rubbish it's a stand alone software and dosn't work with or integrate with Club Prezzo. I use a tablet at home and don't use a mobile phone so the offers I get I can't take to the resturant. Have had a least 5 meals at Prezzo this year none of them registered on my Prezzo Club.
Poor service - vouchers don't work with the set menu
Be warned that any vouchers (taste card or 40% off) don't apply to the set menu. We diligently stuck to the set menu having flagged numerous times about the vouchers (by phone when booking, when we arrived and to our waitress twice) only to be told at the end when the bill arrived. Won't be back due to being told we should have read the Ts & C's, thus pushing the responsibility onto us after a pleasant meal. I could understand multiple vouchers being excluded but not the set menu. Very poor Prezzo, enticing us in but not highlighting that exclusion.
Rugby.

Me and my friends went to Prezzo for dinner. We arrived at 19:00 and we got our food at 20:30. It took at least 30 minutes for someone to take our order. I ordered a chicken avocado bacon salad and it was awful. Chicken came from the plastic container that you can get from the shop in deli section next to salami. Horrible, 2 tiny pieces of avocado and small dry piece of bacon. The rest was just green leaves.
My friends said that their meals were just about ok but barely warm.
After dinner we thought we would like to give a second chance and have a pudding but after we sat with our plates in front of us for another 30 minutes we changed our mind as we wouldn’t eat those pudding for probably another hour.
Such a shame.
Certainly would not be coming back
Bought a load of BuyaGift vouchers as I…
Bought a load of BuyaGift vouchers as I really like the goat cheese pizza. 🍕 unfortunately Prezzo no longer sale this? The meatball starter has disappeared from the BuyaGift menu too! The garlic bread starter wasn’t really a starter. More of a small side. The cheese pizza was bland.
Good visit
This is a review for the Eastleigh branch. We went on a busy night but the staff were friendly and efficient. Our waitress Sienna was great and very sweet. We had the slow cooked beef with mash which was lovely.
Slow
Bournemouth. Service is soo slow! I haven’t had anything to eat yet and I’m p’d off already. Been here before and our drinks were sitting on the bar for ages so I went and got them myself. Food is always good but it’s poorly managed.
Very mixed experience at Cheltenham…
Very mixed experience at Cheltenham Brewery Quarter. Duty manager was full of self importance - when two of our party arrived early they were chided by him for daring to be 15 minutes early for a 7pm booking! Roll on the food - 3 of our 6 meals were fine.1 Salmon and Prawn pasta turned up without Salmon (or an explanation), when challenged the server took the dish away and then came back with it saying "we have run out of salmon" and then walked off. We rightly challenged this and, somehow, a tiny bit of salmon was found. In the meantime other dishes had gone cold. To be fair the salmon dish was taken off the bill. We ordered a round of drinks that were left on the bar for over 10 minutes. As we were sat by the bar we took the drinks tray and served ourselves. The Duty Manager then passively aggressively snatched the tray off our table without explanation. Finally, we used Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for the food, the Duty Manager was sarcastic about this, good to know that he disagrees with company policy of accepting Clubcard Vouchers.
TWO ISSUES......FOOD & ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE.......
I wrote a review a few months ago about a horrendous experience I had at Prezzo Weymouth. To be honest Adam Lindop (I think the Operations Manager) who I'm lead to believe is relatively new to Prezzo, took the time to personally call me to discuss the issue which I was happy about. I left the conversation feeling that he had listened to my experience and really cared about its customers. I believe he will be an asset to Prezzo
However and unfortunately I find I am having to review negatively again......
Firstly I wanted to say I visited the Trowbridge Prezzo on Wednesday 20th August. The restaurant has the new branding, was clean with a nice vibe and the staff so lovely but the food.......ingredients have been cut to an inch of their life. There are way too many discount vouchers being thrown around to get bums on seats but almost to the brands detriment. Now I love a deal but not if my food is way below par and to a point where it's not enjoyed.
The other issue I have is the online customer service. Dear oh dear what on earth has happened? I had a £50 gift voucher and had only used £25 (In the Bath branch) I wanted to use the other £25 towards my Trowbridge drinks but using the Prezzo gift card checker it came up INVALID
Prior to my Trowbridge visit, on 18th August I used the Prezzo online messaging service to ask if they could help with the issue . I had an automated email response to say that the message had been received and I would get a response within 3 days. I believe this is too long for a response but anyway no response was received so I sent another message on Friday 22nd August to chase. Another automated response received. I know we had a Bank Holiday but I would have expected a response today but alas no
I am a long time user of this chain but sadly PREZZO you need to do better.......The Prezzo app will now be deleted from my phone and I am unlikely to return
April our lovely server took the time…
April our lovely server took the time to go over with us what we wanted as it was our first time there kind and helpful nothing was a bother. Burgers were fantastic. We filled in the survey at Braehead Restaurant but out the wrong name
spent £93.15 last night in Letchworth…
spent £93.15 last night in Letchworth and although was advised that they given the promised dougballs for £6.95 as freebie as per their app, not applied, now trying to call them after 30 plus minutes won't pick up.and every 10 seconds it asks you to press 1 if you want to continue to hold? ridiculous, have send an email to their head office who do not provide a telephone number? how ridiculous this is, will not be going to a Prezzo again or recommending them, rip off, small prions not good quality and although the staff were great this is sadly my experience, it's not about the £6.95 but the fact that they do want my business but do not want to provide a customer service and frustrate you
tried then to call another restaurant and same thing no pick same routine? message says all staff are busy and then 10 seconds later says if you want to keep on holding press 1, what a lot of rubbish, they just do not want to speak with you? none of their restaurants including their Head Office, terrible rubbish experience. what a set up they have, steer clear loads of other outlets and choices out there, go to a place where they value you as person not just take your money and then provide no customer service, DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK WITH YOU.
Great service
Went for lunch today, booked table for 3 people, wasn't too busy, staff very attentive, food was great. 5* highly recommend.
Now to pricey
Visited the Prezzo in Port Solent , Portsmouth yesterday after a break of several months and i was shocked at the prices, now £17-50 for a small amount of Chicken Rigaton, and £8-75 for a Caramel Sundae, prices have increased whilst the main meal portions in particular have decreased.
Have visited Prezzo over a period of years, but the Co will not be getting our families custom again .
