I called One Call Insurance today regarding my home contents insurance. I spoke with CE6 and told her I will be changing my address very soon! She was very helpful and polite. After asking me some details about my new property I was given a new quote within minutes and I'm glad to say i was very happy with it. Many thanks! Steve Bailey.

The customer service line answered quickly,although none of the options given fitted the info that I was looking for and there was no "For anything else, press #" option. The member of staff was clearly spoken and very knowledgeable. She answered several of my requests for clarification, very succinctly. She was a delight and said that she needed to seek some info and would phone me back in one hour. She did so. Happy customer with a new home insurance policy.

Spoke to a lovely lady CB5 she sorted my policy which I thought had been updated but it had not was very very helpful.

I spoke to one call customer services today and they were brilliant - so helpful and I wasn't on hold for long at all - Keira (KG9) was absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend them.

TJ2 took the time to make sure I really wanted to cancel the breakdown cover and also offered other services I did not know about, hopefully I get TJ2 next time I talk to a agent.

Loads of hidden costs. Insurance for my car £250 for year. I cancelled it after a month because I no longer needed it. Refund was £105. What a rip off.
