Always great service and value offered. Which isn't common when dealing with car insurance really. The policy offers amazing value on both our cars.

Lost a star because of the waiting time for my call to be answered. However LC6 was polite and informative, and even got me to renew my policy! Which I was determined not to do.

Whilst waiting in the queue I was concerned that I would be cut off and have to start again. Likewise when I was chatting to the advisor.Having to start the procedure again would be very inconvenient and a waste of time.
Luckily on this occasion all was well and I was able to cancel my policy without any issues.

After a fairly lengthy wait for an agent, JL9 came to my assistance. They were very helpful, although not matching a similar cheaper quote, I felt it was more convenient to remain with OneCall

I rang to say I was not planning to renew my car insurance as I had a much cheaper quote from another insurer. The agent called me back as there was a long queue on the phone. He was very courteous and dealt with my call very efficiently, eventually producing a quote which persuaded me to remain with One call. His call reference was CL4.
