My call was answered quickly. The agent was knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, very satisfactory.

I rang as needed to update address and add my new replacement car. Didnt expect them to meet price but ended up paying 30p a month more but got more benefits.
Spoke to MK4 so helpful and friendly. Brilliant chap thank you , so easy and speedy.

Paige AA4 was very helpful in finding me a better price than my renewal. She was professional,efficient and friendly. I also didn’t have to wait long for my call to be answered. Despite using comparison websites at renewal time I ve stayed with one call insurance for 3 years.

JOB DONE! I was very pleased to be 2nd in the queue when I rang, and to be on hold only a few minutes. I got through to MB3-Matthew, and he was extremely helpful, polite, clear and concise. I renewed my wife's insurance within 5 minutes and the process couldn't have been simpler.

I sold my motorbike and when I went to cancel was told that they had auto renewed my policy by a month and then they took £134 out of my bank as a cancellation fee. The policy was only £240 for the year. No warning just took the money. I am disgusted! Would never recommend using this company.
