Smooth experience
This was easy to use. It would have been nice to have had a 2 GB option (vs 1 or 3), but that's a small complaint! Otherwise perfect.

I was lied that it auto connect
I was lied that it auto connect . I already spent 10 days in Europe and bought new roaming plan with my carrier . I will never buy another nomad .. it did not auto download as u claimed , and u gave complicating steps to activate .. gosh I am 66 and it just want the signal we paid for. No never trust this again

Great signal, great customer service
I bought 2 esim for our trip to Spain and both loaded on my phone on the morning of departure, despite emailing one to my partner. After a lengthy online chat of about an hour, the agent helped me get the two Sims set up correctly on both handsets. We were apprehensive on landing, but the SIMs worked perfectly. The app showed both on my phone and the data usage tracking was really helpful. We will definitely use them again

Doesn't care about safety
Normally, during natural disasters, telecoms extend service as a public service. But Nomad cut off my wife's SIM right in the middle of Typhoon Bavi.

Easy to use and follow
Simple App - easy to use and track during trip. Activation the only thing that’s a little cumbersome. Make it a one button “Activate Now” or allow you to do all activation steps ahead of time and only start the subscription when you arrive at your destination.

Good, but needs improving.
I've used Nomad a few times over a few years and not had any issue, but this time in Turkey and Europe I've struggled to get the esim to activate without WiFi which kind of defeats the object when arriving in a new country and relying on the Internet to find your way around. Once activated it's fine.
