For some reason my phone was locked and I couldn't use their eSim and Nomad graciously refunded my purchase. I will use them as soon as my phone gets unlocked!

I had to spend 20 minutes to fix the esim since it needed further configuration to make it work. Seriously terrible. Furthermore, in every slightly crowded place, I lost the signal.

There are many esims out there but I find Nomad plans to be quite reasonably priced and covers a majorityof countries. The esims that I purchased for Turkey, Egypt and China worked well. No issues with reception. Initial connection was a bit confusing but Nomad service centre helped fixed the issue. A major positive for buying from Nomad is that any unused data from the plans is converted into points and are returned to your account. Any technical problems are easily resolved through Nomad's service centre where their friendly staff patiently assist you in clear and manageable steps. There are also weekly specials like discounts that are available which definitely makes the plans more affordable. I have purchased three plans within 2 months and it has been a positive experience buying from Nomad. Their website is easy to navigate. I will definitely buy my esims from Nomad again.

Reception was great in Turkey-Greece-Austria and Germany. Switching eSIMs and downloading/installing too easy. Price was also great.

Not happy with your service I was charged $600 by my cellphone provider

I used a Nomad eSIM on a trip to Beijing China this month, it works well, like for Alipay and Gmail. It would be better if comes with a local number that needs in lots of situations.

Very easy to install on my iPhone. No hidden costs. Have been using nomad esims for 3 years now.

Worked well first time then tried to set up for my son's Google Pixel which worked ok on a previous trip but the QR Code or manual setup was too difficult and annoying, same happened when my Galaxy S25 Ultra ran out of credit, I had to buy another eSim and couldn't get the QR Code to set up. Ended up buying an Airlo eSim i stead. Which set up quickly with no fuss.

Really convenient and easy to use. I plan to use Nomad on all my trips in the future!

NOMAD eSIM in Hurghada EGYPT - sadly, this eSIM didn't connect at all in the resort where I was staying. It should have connected to the Egypt-Orange network but didn't. 18 months ago I was at the same resort and used Airalo which, although not perfect, worked most of the time.

Great on both Norway and Iceland but at Senja Norway... on the mountain.. the sighnal is sometimes lost.

Used for Ferrero business need

The Nomad esim was very easy to use. We look forward to using Nomad again for upcoming trips. The price was good and it worked great in the multiple European countries we visited.

In a very technological country as China in the big city and industrial areas, the most part of the time I was connected by LTE, with some problem with calls and downloading documents. One night, I lost the eSim contact, maybe becouse the dates were finishing without receiving any advise from the APP (it told me I still had enough dates). It could be very dangerous in a country as China were everything works with the mobile phone. I think you can improve.

The connection in NZ was always slow even when it said 5G. It was extremely annoying and resulted in a lot of abandoned searches. It was the worst of the Nomad esims that i have used and I would not use it again
