I have an eSIM for Greece. I am getting 4G connection that drops out constantly for the Sporades islands of Alonissos and Skopelos. Organising another option as the if is so poor.

Ipurchased two 1 months subscriptions and only got one of them working
It appears that I still have one on my phone thatis unused, and Ihave NO idea how to get it working
I purchased two thinking 1 for me and 1 for mu husband when now I think that we should have purchased one each
I would appreciate some advise how to use the second subscription I paid for
We are away for another 3 weeks so I would like to get it working - I am not computer or IT savvy so any instructions must be in English and straight forward... or actually a phone call would be greatful to get me going

We had good coverage across the UK…
We had good coverage across the UK including Scottish Highlands and Inner Hebrides. Coverage in rural Czechia was mostly good, with only a couple weak signal experiences. The esim installation was seamless and quick. The link to view and monitor data usage worked, but was embedded far down in the initial esim purchase email and we weren't able to find it on the Nomad website. Perhaps this is easier from the app which we didn't have installed. For us the 30 day UK/Europe package option was perfect and priced reasonably. Couldn't find a comparable option amongst competitor providers for a ~30 day pkg.
