Too expensive

I was having issues with connecting whilst in China with another provider. My work colleague had Nomad and was working well so I downloaded your eSIM then when I went to my next destination in Baku the price was way too expensive compared to the other eSIM

Good service and no issues

Good service and no issues. Just works.
Only issue I had on unlocked google pixels is that when manually trying to setup using the QR code the phone was telling me that it was still carrier locked but that was not the case as all phones were already unlocked and I confirmed that by calling the carrier.
In the end I had to install the nomad application on each phone and from there I did setup the esim for each phone. No issues after that, it was a carrier issue.

We followed all of the instructions…

We followed all of the instructions that they sent. We were still charged by our phone companies although data was being used by Nomad as well. I'm not sure what went wrong and there is not a lot of customer service support.

eSIM for Greece Sporades Islands

I have an eSIM for Greece. I am getting 4G connection that drops out constantly for the Sporades islands of Alonissos and Skopelos. Organising another option as the if is so poor.
