Placed an order for custom made neon at 1:58pm paid £648.90 called the offices as asked this to be shipped out for a wedding as we are an events company and ours had blown.

Was told by the colleague who worked there Ellie who was very rude on the phone stating even though I clicked next day delivery wouldn’t be able to do as it’s 24 hours production. With this wanted to cancel the order she has refused to refund me even though the call was made at 1:59 1 minute after placing the order that it’s already in production even though they couldn’t do it and I wouldn’t receive until the Tuesday following week.

I am not one to write reviews but I found her attitude rude and not friendly at all.

Honestly avoid this company as the customer service is appalling!

We wanted a bespoke neon sign for our offices with our company logo and some working beneath. the sign is fabulous and was delivered within 5 days from signing off the proof .

We have used NeonFilter on multiple occasions and are blow away but the attention to detail, customer service and quality products!

Bought a sign from them at Christmas that looks brilliant when on.
We’ve had a problem with it flashing/pulsing. I rang and spoke to Ellie, asked me to send a photo and a video of what was happening.
Got a reply about an hour late saying that there was a problem with the power pack.
The email was apologetic about the fault, A new power supply and been posted out and would be with us shortly.
New power supply was delivered by a courier the next day.

Avoid this company at all cost they sent me a faulty dimmer and I sent it back twice now which cost me to send. the customer service is so bad the woman named Ellie is so rude I called she locks off on me please don’t waste your money on this company I am so disappointed every customer should have a right to return for a refund

I bought my wife a sign for her home office ( just a diminutive version of her name) and she absolutely loved it. Price was fair for a fully customised design. Such an easy website to navigate and design custom bespoke orders. We have used this company for our business and we’re thrilled when the lights arrives quickly and well packaged. The lights are great quality and included fixings. What’s not to love about this company!

SCAM! Do not order from this so called company. Item didn't arrive on the date it was supposed to, in fact, it never arrived, they blamed the courier service, and even had the nerve to ask for more money.

Customer service is non existent. Im guessing most of these reviews are FAKE!!!!!
