These guys are amazing. I sent an enquiry for a bespoke neon sign to them on Tuesday. They quoted me the same day. I paid them on Wednesday and they made it for me to collect from their office on Thursday. This is exceptional service. The quality of the product is fantastic too and looks great in my office set up.

Fabulous service and product! Ellie was so professional and quick at supplying a mock-up of the sign we had discussed, and we went with the finalised design within a few days. The sign looks stunning in our company reception and we would not hesitate to recommend Neon Filter again.

You get what you order have used this site twice now, I’ve used it for home not business , my husband being music mad loves what I was able to get, bright red! Even if my son says it looks like a brothel from outside shows the power, would definitely recommend!

I would strongly advise against purchasing the hanging kit supplied by this company.

In my experience, the kit was not suitable for the weight of the sign it was sold with. The sign fell, struck a member of staff, and caused injury. The sign itself was also damaged beyond repair.

Despite this, the company has denied that the hanging kit was defective and has only offered a 50% discount as a resolution, which I do not consider acceptable given the circumstances.

Due to safety concerns, I have reported the matter to Trading Standards. At the time of writing, I have also issued a formal Letter Before Action as I am seeking to recover my losses.

Overall, I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.

The sign amazing. It is bright but the brightness can be turned down. It puts a smile on peoples’ faces as they walk into my dining room. It us just simple fun.

Easy to order, fast fabrication & delivery plus great build quality. Coupled with that there were NO dramas in fittine to the wall in our kitchen.

I choose these welcome signs for my daughter who is doing DIY Decoration’s of her wedding marquee , I wanted her to have a surprise when she arrived back from the Cathedral . A touch of class against a green floral wall.

We purchased a custom neon sign from Neon Filter for around £500 for our small startup business. Just 13 months after purchase, the sign failed completely.

Despite the product being only one month outside their 12-month warranty, Neon Filter refused to inspect, repair, or replace it. There was no attempt at goodwill, no meaningful troubleshooting, and no acknowledgement that a £500 sign should reasonably last longer than a year.

Instead, we were repeatedly told that the issue might be the plug (without inspection) and advised to buy a replacement power supply from their website. This feels like passing the cost and responsibility back to the customer rather than standing behind the quality of their product.

The sign was well cared for and used exactly as intended. A failure this soon after the warranty period raises serious concerns about durability and overall build quality.

If you’re a business relying on signage to represent your brand, I’d think twice. Expensive product, short lifespan, and very poor after-sales support.
