Confirmed delivery twice, arrived after the event — avoid if you have a deadline

Ordered a custom neon sign for our event on April 6th. Neonsfeer confirmed twice — in writing — that delivery would be on time. The sign never arrived before the event, making it completely useless to us. Do not order here if you have a deadline. Their confirmations mean nothing.

Wrong Design

After sending a digital logo, the sign was made wrong. After reporting the same, we received a response "Unfortunately, we cannot remake the sign for free"

If you were so oriented to work towards a solution you would not have given a don't care reply, and now after the review you are giving sugar quoted response. After submitting a digital HD Logo you mess with the design and we did not get a proof at least I would not approve of a wrong design on the logo. The only thing asked was for hands but you messed up the the entire design of the logo. So don't fake your concerns now. It was a wrong choice to give you the order.

Mixed Feelings

Order was placed with quick repsonses and a quick design images/pictures. Creation and delivery was quick enough, but thats where it ends. I was suprised to find the sign was split into 4 parts . no i understand that might have to be the way its done but that was not explained before the order was placed. When the sign was situated and installed very dissapoting to be able to see the join lines :-( especially when spending over £700 ! . I have questioned this with support but without any replies and dont expect anything now they have my money.! #dissapointing .. make sure you check everything before ordering

Broken Light & Abysmal Support Experience

I ordered two neon lights as Sinterklaas presents in November 2025. Both arrived promptly, but only one worked -- the other was not functional. I reported this to customer support immediately, providing exhaustive and repetitive documentation of the problems. After more than 4 months and dozens of emails, Neonsfeer has refused to resolve the issue by either replacing the faulty light or refunding me. Customer support often takes weeks to respond between messages, and asks for the same materials over and over again. It's utterly unprofessional and embarassing. For 4 months, I have had to look in my daughter's room at the broken neon light on the wall and be reminded of the broken Pakjesavond and continuous frustration brought on by this incompetent and low quality company.

My wife’s brand logo brought to life!!

Creating a bespoke sign with this company could not have been easier. The AI rendering of the product helps bring your design to life before you purchase and the service during the design process was really helpful to ensure I got the sizing right. I had a direct line to an agent via WhatsApp to make tweaks to the design before purchasing and the finished product did not disappoint. So please I went with the color option so that there is a range to choose from depending on the vibe. Now my wife’s business has a focal point for her online marketing on social media platforms and the brand logo she designed has been brought to life! Highly recommend!
