LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Pointless emails about the same thing time and time again. No replies when asked something specific. Either dont have staff or staff are inept. i have complained several times but to no avail. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY GO ELSEWHERE

I slipped on a wet car park surface in August 2025. My torn hamstring created severe bruising. I couldn't drive my car home. I was concentrating so much on getting better that I didn't think of putting in a claim. I checked reviews, and decided to go with National Accident Helpline. They rang me back, and were very helpful. I'd been a bit wary about doing this process. My case was then passed on to a dedicated Solicitor, and the lady who has been dealing with me is so lovely, helpful, efficient, also understanding and very patient! I'm rubbish at tech, so I sent my photos by post. I felt a little silly as I'd sent so many, and also written notes on them all. She was really pleased, and put my mind at rest. She gave me such confidence. I am so lucky that she is working with me, I really needed her help!

Passed on information really well and left me at ease during the call. I suffer anxiety and depression so struggle with communication at time.
