Very poor customer service. Rude, incompetent and unable to help. All I wanted to do was top up my phone.

Don't go anywhere near this company. They pass you off to another company who pass you off to a solicitor who doesn't really seem to care what happens to you. Delays, pointless appointments, not keeping you updated and informed, two years so far and I've received nothing. Career ruined, permanently disabled, living in pain on a daily basis. The insurers admitted liability a year or more ago and yet I've received nothing. Please, do not use this company. Find someone else. Anyone, just not these
