Understanding, professional, efficient, friendly, clear, honest. That's from the initial consultation which took a while but it has to, to get all the details, which they were careful about, not to make any mistakes (rare in all departments of society these days!).

I wrote a good review for Xiaomi when I bought a phone ont tinterweb from Hong Kong promising to write another after a while, whether good or bad.
Had no issues with the phone really except when on a call, can't access the internet (all the power goes to keeping a good phone connection). The method recommended didn't work so contacted Xiaomi in this country and they made an attempt to help, but once they found I didn't buy the phone in the UK, dropped me like a ton of bricks (not their responsibility I suppose). Not good for the company name. And the battery first lasted 60 hours with moderate use, but now only about 24, altho a few years old now .

I returned an inverter that was several years old, altho unused (except just tried for the first time), without a receipt, that had a fault. And the girl checked my account and saw that it wasn't sold in the last year, but exchanged it for a new one without demur or question or fuss.

I always find renewing my car insurance on compare the meerkat very easy, straightforward, and sensibly pro-intuitive. Having an account with all my details is invaluable (so I don't have to look up records every year), and making alterations is quick and simple.

Well, first of all they were cheaper than the others! It was pretty easy to navigate on tinterweb. And all options covered like European cover included and legal cover if I wanted to pay for it. Also breakdown cover for only £20 or so - the others seemed to cost more. It didn't appear that I was missing out on anything, which I'm suspicious of with the cheapest insurance companies

The book, new, is about £15, and 2nd hand was 2-3. Free postage. If I'd sent my own copy to my cousin, Royal Mail would have prob charged me more. So awesome books sent a copy to my cousin, arrived no problem. What's not to like?! Think I'll be using them more in the future.

About a year ago I said I'd "report back either way". The only problem I've had with the phone is not being able to use the internet whilst on a phone call. But I understand this is not the phone's fault but something to do with settings/my provider, needing all the power to maintain a better signal for the call, or something.
In other words, the 'foreign' phone from a (Hong Kong?) company has been fine. V happy with it. And glad of the 128Gb storage.

Changing network to talk mobile was v easy and painless. (Plusnet was changing to EE who are more expensive).
And I picked talk mobile because
1. The deal was great
2. They have European roaming
3. They have a phone number

I heard of techinthebasket's poor customer service and even failure to deliver; but they were so much cheaper (around 25%), decided to risk it. Delivery came 9 calendar days after ordering, and despite there being a no. of different specs for the note 11s it came as described (the top spec) and works in the UK with an added adaptor enclosed despite not being imported here.
I'm hoping not to need the warranty, but if so will report either way
