Moved to a new house and Moorland were recommended to us by the old owners... What can I say, we had never needed to order oil for a boiler before but the process was made so easy.

Called and spoke ever so helpful people, they told me what I needed, organised a day for delivery and it was just so straight forward... The day of delivery we weren't going to be in either, but it wasnt a problem, they accessed the tank and filled it in our absence, leaving no trace they had been other than leaving their card and the statement.

Will absolutely be using them again.

The sales team are really helpful and the customer service is second-to-none right down to the delivery driver was really careful not to break down the bushes around our oil tank. We have been a customer now for 18 months and will definitely continue to be so.

Great company very friendly

We ordered fuel on Monday, delivery expected for Friday. We explained we were desperate due to using tractor for hay harvest (we have been waiting for the cost to come down) Moorland Fuel said they would try their best to get there before. Received message to say delivery now Wednesday. That’s what you call excellent service which was appreciated we were down to zero in our tank and was discussing getting white diesel instead of using red due to being an emergency. Well done Moorland Fuel
