Nerosh was super-helpful this week, organising for the rent review on my property. I have increased by less than the recommended amount as the tenant Dexters found has been really good, for more than 13 years, so I’m happy to give her some benefit for being long-term. I’d always recommend Dexters in Teddington and Twickenham.

A client with a tenancy, I have recently had to spend valuable time chasing for an answer to a payment admin question. Following up again this morning I spoke for the first time with Nerosh Navabalakumar, who took on a problem created by someone else's failure to follow through (no shade on Marsh and Parsons Notting Hill, who have been great) and gave me the information I needed so that I could make the payment at once. He was solution oriented, recognised the urgency of the matter, did not hand it on but sorted it out himself. Great service is about how you handle the difficult matter as well as the smile when you come through the door. A credit to M&P.
