Love my sofa 

This company is honestly outstanding
Had 3 of our beds made here now and the kids love them and our sofa is excellent.
Eveything got done so quick and they even had them ready before we expected , wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for sofas and beds other than here

Fantastic quality sofas! Such kind and friendly staff helped me through every step of choosing my sofa and having it delivered. Will definitely be going back to have our beds made!!

Bought sofa and bed from this company sofa is amazing and so were the delivery men.
When they brought the bed in it wouldn’t fit up the stairs I was so upset as I had been asked on several occasions throughout the ordering process to check but I thought it would be ok.
I rang the factory but the person who I spoke to was unhelpful and unprofessional.
Later in the day I got a call from Maddison who assured me that it could be sorted.
They took the bed away altered it and re delivered it at no extra charge.
The bed is stunning and I can’t recommend lovemysofa enough

What can I say about love my sofa,
Well let’s start here, I ordered my sofa back in February and was told it would take 6-12 weeks, (well that was a load of crap) after numerous emails which to they hardly reply, but when they do it’s a load of cock and bull,
Like your sofas almost ready will be giving you a delivery date in the next few days( yeah right)
I was desperate for the sofa to arrive before June as my daughter was getting married and wanted the sofa before then. But no still getting the same old story of its nearly finished, then finally I managed to get in touch with Maddison herself who said I was rude and how dare I email her on a sunday(well I emailed every single day until I got a response) as it was a family day and she would get back to me on Monday with a date of Delivery.
After nearly a week of more text messages and emails her husband finally got in touch saying my sofa was complete and the delivery would be on on 9th July, I was assured by him that it was the right sofa and the right colour, as the picture they sent me looked lighter.
Anyway Monday came and went but no sofa, ( know there’s a shocker)
Finally someone got in touch saying it’s definitely coming on Wednesday. 3 hours after the delivery time my sofa came and ( drum roll plz ) it’s the wrong colour,
So after arguing with the delivery guys, who were just delivering what they were told, I got in touch with someone from the factory that make the sofas.
He promised me I would have my sofa in the right colour in ten days.
On the 9 th day I rang him and he said my sofa is ready for delivery just waiting for Maddison to pay him for it. Yeah that didn’t happen so I asked for my money back, after texting ringing and emailing Maddison she gives me half of my money back, and is refusing to pay the rest.
She offered me a credit note (is she having a laugh, like I’m gonna by anything from her again). You haven’t heard the last of me Maddison I will see you in court.

So so pleased with our sofa! Great value for money, made superbly and Uber comfy. If you want a sofa that looks the part and is affordable then give these guys a shout. Would definitely recommend :)

Ordering from here was so easy. Sent them my design and they delivered the goods. We were dealing with Amy & Maddison and they were nothing but helpful & professional through the whole process. They even recommended some adjustments to the design to make it look even better. Will 100% be ordering more furniture again. Faultless!

Why have a company just to rip people off...
Take it from someone with experience from this company got all proof of contacting these and no reply’s and I still have my dodgy furntiture from them even thought they’ve told me these would be picked up and changed the beginning of last year THATS RIGHT LAST YEAR JANUARY 2017..... trust pilot should be a site where we can put all our reviews about a company but some get taken down cause Maddison don’t like the truth about herself and her company!!!!

Word of warning... REGARDING LOVE MY SOFA. But please make your own mind up: this is just my experience. However, my advice... STEER CLEAR of LOVE MY SOFA!!!

Well Jess Wright might recommend this company but I sure as heck don’t... but then I guess she didn’t wait 14 weeks for her sofa to be delivered despite being quoted 4-6weeks, and then on delivery find it’s incorrect; that’s it’s missing several back cushions, the material doesn’t match, the chaise has no wing arm, the corner is wrong, there are no feet and the stitching is coming apart and all in all actually nothing like you ordered.
Or then spend the next YEAR, yes you read that right, A WHOLE YEAR, writing hundreds of emails and being constantly promised a replacement for your incorrect and shoddily made sofa, along with several delivery dates that never happen.

If you want a bespoke sofa, do yourselves a favour, and go elsewhere!
They blocked me from firstly sending messages via messenger, and then from commenting on the Facebook page. I have copies of every message and every email to back up this timeline. I have dated photographic proof of everything I’ve mentioned here also.
I have been extraordinarily patient over this issue, and given Maddison and Love My Sofa every opportunity to correct it. But enough is enough.

Ordered: 27th march 2017- today is 11 June 2018.
So according to the LOVE MY SOFA website, delivery should take no more than 7 weeks. I was told at order 4-6 weeks. In fact My 1st delivery was 11 weeks from order. After lots of chasing. On delivery I found several issues. I instructed the delivery driver to take it back as I wasn’t happy.. he called the warehouse who told him to leave the item with me and they would sort it out. This was the 14th June 2017.

So, here’s the Timeline: 2017-2018

27 Mar 2017 placed order, told 4-6 week lead time. Also asked for swatches of material to check what id chosen, to use with carpet samples etc
19 Apr: chased swatches as not arrived
27 Apr: chased and told swatches were returned to sender as I was not in to sign for them!
4 May: chased swatch
9 May: chased swatch. Told was sent to wrong postcode
13 May: chased swatch
17 May: chased swatch
19 May: chased swatch. Gave up on swatch. Asked about delivery. Told “week after next”
24 May: chased for a delivery date. No reply
25 May: chased for delivery date. Told 13 june.
12 june: delivery driver calls at 6pm to tell me its coming 14th june after ive already booked 13th off.
14 june: on delivery find things wrong. Driver calls them and assures me replacements will be forthcoming and to accept delivery but hold back some money; I also message to explain what bits are wrong
29 june: told replacements will be 10 more days
17 july: told am on dispatch list
20 july: chased
26 july: chased
8 Aug: chased
14 Aug: am now told waiting for feet!!
25 Aug: chased
29 Aug: told arranging delivery w/c 11th September
8 sep: chased
13 sep: chased
14 sep: chased
15 sep: chased and told running behind
23 sep: chased
28 sep: chased
29 sep: chased
30 sep: chased, and realise am blocked as message will not deliver!
After this, I continued to chase via email. (I have copies of about 40 between October 2017 and June 2018.)
1 oct: chased
2 Oct: promised another delivery date on 18th Oct for replacement parts
18 Oct: chased as not heard anything re the promised delivery
19 Oct: told replacement pieces not ready. Offered a totally new replacement instead of parts and told will be ready in January if I choose this option.
21 Oct: am asked to resend my sofa spec. I chase for 4days asking if it’s been received.
25 Oct: I ask to confirm that I will 100% receive the new sofa in January.
26 Oct: I am promised this will be the case
22 Jan 2018: I chase once again as I have heard NOTHING.
between here and 26th feb I chase with no response.
26 Feb: I am given a delivery date of 23rd March.
13 mar: I am told every delivery has been put back because of the weather! But my sofa isn’t made, not sure why the weather has any bearing on that!
18 mar: I’m told my sofa will be delivered week of 17th April.
5 apr: I chase for confirmation
12 apr: chase: no response
13 apr: chase no response
18 apr: chase no response
26 apr: chase no response
3 May: chase no response
7 May: chase no response
14 May 2018. Chase no response!

And that, ladies and gents, is what you get when you order with love my sofa!!

Furniture arrived and its brilliant. I have had a few pieces from the team and they have been brilliant from start to finish. We ordered in store and my girlfriend sorted everything with Maddison with no problems at all.
Communication was great and received prompt notification of delivery 24 hours before and on the day.

Delivery guys were great and came on time so there was no waiting around. They checked over the furniture to see if everything was correct before leaving, brilliant guys.

Will definitely be ordering again with the company, had so many people asking where its from and sending them your way.

Love my everything!

I had my sofa and my bed from Maddison and Amy and they are simply perfect. The girls were brilliant at letting me know where my items were up to and they are absolutely GORGEOUS! I can’t stop showing people how beautiful they really are and the pictures really don’t do it justice at all.
The boys that came to deliver the items were absolutely brilliant! They managed to tackle my awkward stairs with ease (and a little laugh between us all haha) and the isstallation of the bed was perfect. They are an absolute credit to you!
Guys, I really can’t thank you enough and I can’t wait to order more from you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They are professional con artists!!! Do not be fooled by the cheap prices! She will take your money and have you waiting (it’s been over a year). Constant empty promises of when I would get my order 6 months late and all the wrong products! The sofas are cheap and have no quality. She bloked me after I complained and ignores other forms of communication! From the reviews it would seem I’m not alone!
She needs shutting down!!

Bought furniture 7 months ago paid in full and I’m still waiting for it! 6 months in it turned up, after endless chasing and failed deliveries, but was all wrong. After being told I was a liar by the owner Maddison Santamaria, I proved my original order, she agreed to change it, yet I’m still waiting 7 month on and she is now ignoring me and blocked me for ‘upsetting her’ due to chasing it up AGAIN. She has also advertised the furniture to re sell (which is still sat in my kitchen) with a 50% price increase to what I paid for it...so she is trying to sell someone else second hand furniture for a lot more than I paid! Avoid completely! This lady takes no responsibility for anything and has every excuse in the book! She has personally effected my health, relationships and finances!

Response - my original order was 24th November LAST YEAR I don’t care if it’s only been 3 weeks since you agreed to swap it. Fact is I paid you almost 7 months ago and I’m still waiting...? I haven’t threatened you at all, and I haven’t messaged only on an evening I have messaged all day every day and no one responds! Your furniture may be pretty but it’s not worth the stress, time and upset you cause people! And please prove how I’ve blocked your company! I have blocked your individual Facebook account as you don’t know me and shouldn’t be snooping on my personal account from your own personal account and messaging my friends on my wall...again how unprofessional. And please do seek legal advice, do you think you will have a leg to stand on? The reason I haven’t accepted your refund is because you don’t turn up, and I don’t want your drunken delivery drivers lurking around my house at 10pm at night when they do turn up, when I have young children asleep upstairs!! Yet you call me rude for messaging a business page at this time (just don’t respond if your not open simple)! I also paid you £900 not £599 as you stated. I’m sure you will get your fame you so embarrassingly and desperately crave one day, just not in the way your expecting....

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Love my sofa have £1000 from us and so far it has been 21 weeks. I have had no other option but to seek legal advice as they refuse to respond.
It is not a coincidence that most of the reviews say the same thing.
All my requests for updates on their social media have been deleted and emails ignored.
This is a completely bogus company do not trust them with your money.
They need to be shut down now, enough is enough.

This company are rip off merchants , please do not be fooled by them , there only interested in your deposit , once they have it it’s all over , they have closed down there shop in Macclesfield probably due to the amount of negative customers trying to get in , there new showroom is by appointment only , so basically as long as your not trying to return anything , what a joke steer well clear

Yes im aware its my second review , however its different from my first , we have also developed since then we now have our CCJ in place , and we have issued the bailiffs to your old shop however you have now closed that down , but not to worry we have your home address which we have now directed them there :-)

I ordered a sofa 4 months ago I paid a deposit off £200 and I haven’t received anything yet.
She has deleted all my messages and comments off her FB page and also blocked me, all I have had is endless abuse claiming “ I’m nothing but a jealous Customer “ apartly. Let’s get this straight I wouldn’t of known here if it wasn’t for me ordering a sofa so how can I be obsessed 🤦🏻‍♀️ She’s going on holidays and driving around in her fancy car all on my Money and other poor Customer’s 💴 Money, how this woman is getting away with this I don’t know. I have contacted the police for fraud also I have gone down other roads too . She will clame that this is also fake news and that she can’t find me on her system. Let’s get this straight she has no computer systems she writes all her orders on a pad, please send us proof of your computer system or data bass !!!!!! She is nothing but a bully, conning people out of there well earned cash, I have given up asking for my money back because I know I’m not going to get it, luckily I have a very good job that pays well so £200 is nothing to me but a lot of money to others 😣 she is nothing but bad news , please check out the reviews before buying from this company
