I received the diabetes test - having trypanophobia isn't a great start but managed to get it done as I've had a couple of issues and diabetes runs in the family so been pushed to do the test.
Sent the test on Monday and got the results today (Thursday) - "Failed" your test has failed due to the sample coagulating.
The anti-coagulate doesn't work, the service used by royal mail doesn't work and now i'm out £45 and no further forward with massive holes in my fingers and bruising.

So far no phones are working they are constantly engaged - even tried in the middle of the night which indicates this is deliberate. Queries are given a ticket but not answered.
'Feel free to call us at 020 7183 6122 from 9am - 6pm Monday to Saturday if your request is urgent. ' Try calling it - but they take the money quick enough

No phone calls are being answered. Transactions occur without confirmation. Emails go unanswered. There is no direct contact. This indicates that the provider is unreliable.

The 299 marker allergy test found me not allergic to anything though I suffer from dust allergy and hayfever. I wrote to them to ask how come and they replied we do not test for all dust, just specific. I am allergic to house dust so maybe they test for Moon dust or are using it... Looks like a scam. Woudl not recommend.

.. unless you can be sure to extract enough blood. I couldn't, first time around. The lancets they provide barely pierce the skin. After research I decided to try again, so wanted another test kit (as said in their FAQs)
so I rang: number not in service at that time. (11am on a weekday)
So I emailed. No reply. Waited 5 work days, no test kit.
So rang again: number not in service.
Emailed again. Waited 5 work days. No kit.
So I'm £50+ down, which I've written off. I'll now try and get one out of the NHS, which I'd been trying to avoid.
So steer clear of these people, unless you're sure to be able to extract a decent bleed from a tiny pinprick.

And here's an update: a couple of days after writing this bad review, a test kit turned up in the post! What a co-incidence! Anyway, this time I did extract enough blood: soak your hands in the hottest water you can find for 5 minutes and then - this is key - wang an elastic band around the base of the selected finger. this hinders blood from going out more than it hinders blood from coming in. The finger swells up a bit, but when pricked, whoosh! I've now sent my samples off. Will post another update when/if I get my results.

So here's an update: 2 days after sending off my samples, the results are back. Super-dooper. But it's ridiculous I needed to communicate with them via Trustpilot. They really should up their communication and customer service skillset pronto. The bottom line is, I won't be using them again.

Results took slightly longer to come back than advertised, however I had been advised of this in advance and was happy to proceed regardless. When I contacted the company via email, a response was promptly received and my query resolved in a timely manner. The report containing my results was impressively comprehensive and helped to put my mind at ease. Would 100% recommend.

I've previously had good experiences with LML but on my recent blood test they took a week to get me my results. While waiting I tried to contact them via phone and repeatedly got cut off before getting through to anyone - and customer services took over a day to respond to me (which when it's regarding a next-day-results service feels like a long time!).

My results came back and apparently I need to redo the blood draw for some tests - I was told on my results that customer services would be in touch to arrange this. That was 3 days ago. I have called and emailed and not had any response. Extremely frustrated.
