Pleasent welcome, clean environment, Josh was friendly and made me feel very relaxed. Ultimately, taking the actual blood was totally painless (honestly) and fast. I think I was there about 10 mins tops. Highly recommend 5*

Highly recommend using London Medical Laboratory, very easy to book appointment, Josh was very helpful, explained the process in detail and my actual sample was done quickly and pain free. Results delivered in less than 24 hours. Overall a very good experience.

Absolutely dreadful! I had the misfortune of booking an appointment at 1-5 Portpool Place for a TrueCheck blood test at a clinic highly recommended by Goodbody clinic—what a joke! I opted for the first available slot at 8 AM and, like a good little customer, arrived 10 minutes early, just as the reminder instructed. But of course, no one was there to open the door!

Finally, at 8:35, a man calls me, claiming someone had tried to phone him. I explained I’d been stuck outside all this time, and he eventually decided to grace me with his presence, only to ask what I was there for. Seriously? I explained that I was supposed to have my blood taken at 8 AM, but apparently, he wasn’t expecting anyone—surprise, surprise! He then informed me that there was no kit available, adding that kits are supposed to be sent to clients.

What followed was a farcical display of incompetence as he rummaged through drawers in several cupboards, and wouldn’t you know it? Voilà, the kit magically appeared! It felt like I was trapped in some absurd nightmare, not a professional medical appointment.

I deliberately chose the earliest slot so I could make it to a job by 9 AM (I’m a freelancer, by the way), which, naturally, I had to cancel at the last minute. The entire experience was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Now, I can only cross my fingers and hope they send the correct blood sample—though I have zero faith in this company.

Avoid this clinic at 1-5 Portpool Lane like the plague!
