I have now requested a refund for the items I have not received 2 and a half months ago now 7 times via email and keep getting a reply of a supervisor is reviewing your case. I've asked to speak to a representative by phone but no surprise, they dont have a phone number , why would they? They rip
people off and then hope you will just not pursue it. In my case they have told me my stuff was re-ordered and should have been here 3 weeks ago. Guess what??? Once again I never got anything .. I don't want or need the items any longer. I'm a small business owner who needed my business cards and business hats in December...I just want my money back . So, fair warning; don't use Logmaker as they just scam you.

very simple to create even as an amateur. will highly recommend it. also get the logos in all formats

Making my logo was an easy experience but it's been some time since I ordered a product. And I still haven't received my merch.

The products and service behind those products are excellent. even when an order was lost in the mail, they replaced it promptly. All around amazing company to do business with.

I came across this company by accident and I have to say that it's been good working with them. The logo is great, simple with primary colours and I have recently received the business cards, they’re colourful with the details that I want. So yeah, check it out.

Just wanted a new hat and hoodie jacket. This is one of the few places where you can get great logos printed or embroidered on one item and get it fast!

However, the speed of production is ridiculously slow. I hope it is something that will change soon or I will need to revert back to my prior company.

Making a logo for our church run 'Conversational English Classes' was very easy and fun using the LogoMaker format. We now have a professional logo which we use on advertising and all promotions. The price was very good and we received the logo in a variety of 'saves'.

LogoMaker made it affordable for me to start new business

I tried to buy one of the promotional products with my logo on it but the payment never went through so I tried it again and it didn't go through this is a scam I never received my 2 orders

Would love to give zero stars , I created a logo and ordered a hoodie when it arrived 6 weeks later there was letters missing from the logo I contacted logo maker and they ordered a replacement 3weeks later the replacement arrived with the exact same printing errors. You have a picture of my logo but failed to pick up obvious errors . No quality control and Terrible customer service. MINUS 5 STARS Will never use or recommend this service

I didn't receive the product, And had been charged upfront, After about 4 weeks, after complaining I was told (By Chat) to wait another week, When that 5th week passed I chatted online and was told "no refunds after 30 Days", I was furious! HOWEVER, after blasting them with an angry review, they did contact me and agreed to make everything right.

So for initial order they screwed up! But, the 2nd follow up was exemplary! I'm changing my 1 star review to 4.

I found designing a logo easy with their templates which can be customised (colour, font, placement). I ordered on the 2/9/21 and received my item on 12/9/21 (earlier than expected) even during the pandemic. The products were exactly what I customised & true to the online design. CUSTOMER Service was prompt & answered my questions.the whole process was delightful. GOD BLESS!
