Website allowed me to sign up with my google account but then can't get any further.

This was the best experience ever, making my new logo, even after 25 years in business (acupuncture practice). Started with the AI option that was user-friendly and allowed me to explore many designs that were based on my content to AI. When I needed more fine-tuning, reaching out to LogoMakr staff was easy and they were very responsive. It was just the human connection to editing my logo into one I absolutely love!! In fact, I ended up designing 2 versions, one for stationary and one for website/banners/signage. Could not be happier! Staff also educated me on the final files which was something I never understood before! Am now ready to design my website with an amazing logo! Highly recommend LogoMakr…. 👍🥰🙏🏽🤜🤛🥳

We have small business, we’ve literally tried every logo app on the market, but Logomakr is hands down the best. It allowed us to create a unique, professional logo that actually represents our brand. Their support team is also amazing, and responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!

Scam. Site says it's free to download low-res logo but you can't, you need to pay. On Google search and on their website it says you can create a logo and download the low-res file for free. Even watch their tutorial video which shows how to download the low-res file for free - click "No thanks, Download Low Resolution file" - but that option does not actually exist. Also their FAQ says you don't need to create an account to use the site but guess what, you need to give them an email address and create an account.

I just want to start by saying, Ryan was great to work with. He went out of his way to help me get my logo just the way I wanted it to look for my business. He even made me an instructional video to help me edit my image. I emailed and talked to him on the phone multiple times with questions, and he was always more than willing to help me with any issues I was having. I have never done any editing or logo design before, and Ryan really helped me get this done! I would definitely recommend working with logomakr for anyone looking to design any type of logo they might need. Their team is super fast, and very effective. Ryan definitely deserves a RAISE for all the effort he puts into his work.thank you to the whole team for an awesome design!

Ryan & Noel were absolutely great to work with. They've helped us with multiple projects throughout the years. Very reasonable pricing, great communication and willing to go the distance to ensure everything is done properly. Will definitely return when more logo work is needed.

Needed a custom logo created and let's just say, I needed some specific details addressed. I started out looking at their offerings and was quickly offered to speak to someone is person. I chose to do that and Ryan was a huge help to me. He was extremely kind and personable, and was willing to put up with my many requests.

Over the course of a few days, I was able to partially create the logo myself using their awesome online software, but Ryan helped with some revisions that were needed. All in all, he was extremely accommodating and patient with me. I really appreciated that!

The logo turned out great and he sent me a slew of files for both web and print media projects. And last, but certainly not least, the pricing was great! For the amount of service they provide, you can't beat it. Many other companies would charge far more for the same level of service.

I definitely recommend Ryan and logomakr as a custom logo shop you can depend on for your next project.

We are a small non-profit that needed a complete rebranding/overhaul, so I decided to do it myself with some help from Logomakr. I was able to create a custom logo starting with a template, then purchased credits to make variations of this logo for web, print, and merchandise. If I ever ran into any issues along the way. the team dove in to help and even did a little logo customization for me free of charge. This small shop is amazing in automated tools, but even better in being able to offer hand-holding and customized support, when needed. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had no idea what logo I was looking for originally, with so many websites offering services. Logomakr's AI and canvass tools were exactly what I needed! My new logo has set the stage for my new business, cannot wait to show it off.

I had a couple of technical issues with the backgrounds, which Ryan and his team were happy to tidy up for me within less than 24 hours. Communication was incredible and super easy to use.

I can't say enough great things about working with Logomakr, Ryan and his team. They helped me bring my vision to life. I started building it in their AI portal but couldn't get it to do what I wanted. And I have a few iterations of my design. I called and Ryan took over tweaking it, getting his team involved and getting a 2nd logo for me to use that had exactly what I was looking for. I had an issue with my logo coming out uneven after my download. Lucky enough when I called in I got Ryan on the phone. Immediately brought on great energy and a vibrant personality. He wasn’t only incredibly helpful he was friendly and made great conversation. He also taught me a couple things which is something I love, would honestly love to get a drink with the guy! As a business owner, do something nice for the guy I can tell he takes pride in helping others and brings on energy you don’t find too often in people anymore! Appreciate you Ryan.

Excellent company to do business with! I have used their services for my logos and all of them look professional. With my last logo, I needed help to fix something that I messed up, and they were able to fix it for me. You can actually call them and talk to a real person from the United States, not from India or God knows where. That's another plus! Yes I do recommend this company 1000%

After I made my logo I realized that the format of the file that I started with was wrong (thanks to Logomakr) and that the files I received weren't right as a result. I reached out to them and they fixed and improved my finished product. They even took the time to educate me and sent me a whole 2 minute video with explanations on how to do it differently and better next time. They went out of their way and responded very quick to help make my logo great!

This is one of the BEST companies I have worked with in a long time! Quality people that are not afraid to go the extra mile for you.

I needed help on my logo after dealing with some transparency issues from my end, and this fix would have taken me several hours/days to complete. They took care of it for me!! How's that for customer service!!

Expierenced some of the best customer service of the last decade. Had an issue with sizing of the images on certain platforms and about yanked my hair out before asking for help in an email. Manager of the site zoom called me within 30 minutes and walked me through what I needed to do as well as provided some complimentary services including resizing and a quick redisgn of some images could have charged me more but didn't. He was quick to respond, very educated on the topic.
