Customer service is A1. Very helpful. I was having trouble with my Gmail account. Oleksandr was extremely helpful making everything easy and simple. Hats off to him a very valuable employee.

They messed up my business cards it was not centered i reached out to them to get this fixed but was only offered a discount on next order I will never use them again if you want the job done right do not use logo maker there not professional at all nor are about there customers

Design tools are cumbersome if you’re using an iPhone. Product and prices are decent.

One needs more education for the codes, and other special things one can insert on the pages. I have no idea what some things are for or how to use them.

The site and tools were easy to use and kind of made it fun to design the cards. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. They were delivered faster than I thought they would be and they turned out beautiful. The name of my company was cut in the middle and I am still waiting for the replacement cards, because I can’t use any of the cards that I purchased.

Very easy to plan how I wanted everything to look . Huge number of back grounds, colours and fonts to choose from . My new card are brilliant 🤩 better than I could ever of imagined Thank-you!

The only thing positive would be the logo I made. Otherwise, the business email doesn't work and is absolutely a huge pain in the behind for starting up our company. We printed business cards elsewhere with the business email that doesn't work so not only did we pay for an email that doesn't work, now we have to replace all of our business cards. Who knows how many people have tried to contact us and it said that the email wasn't valid. Also, they don't tell you this but you will be charged a storage fee for using them which is separate from the subscription price. Total scam

I love to create logos for my company and test them beforehand. All design options fit well with our business.

Twice failed to deliver, offered two levels of discount on future orders, could not say why they could not deliver!! A complete waste of time (over 2 months) and best avoided. I doubt if they are based in UK. Used to be good in the old days, certainly not now. They should be reported.

I am using this company since 2018 and was happy with their services until I order 2 x 250 business cards and purchase a website builder that I couldn't use my own domain, I only received 1 x 250 business card and the second order never been delivered, I have asked them to send the undelivered Business card and refund the money they took for website builder, communication is extremely poor, they only replied to one email and hard to get hold of them, they have no contact number and you don't know where they operating (high risk) , I hope they comeback to me before I report them to police

Update: I have received email today that my payment for website builder will be paid in 3 days

They have sent only half of order and do not want to refund or resend

The prepaid item has not been delivered after 6 months yet.
Despite repeated correspondence and promises the third item of my 3-item-order has not been received yet.
The 1st and 2nd was sent separately either.
(order ID 20240218 - the order has been made on 24th June 2023)
Very disappointing - next time I just drop my money directly into the garbage to save time and stress.

Screwed up my order. Never sent corrected magnet cards. Stop communication altogether. Obviously don't stand behind their product. Go somewhere else. You don't get what you pay for here. You have been warned beware!
