About Litter Bins

Litter Bins was established in the latter part of 2012, but is part of the well-established Jaydee Living Ltd business. We pride ourselves on our customer care and if you feel we have not met your expectations in any way then please let us know.
We are lucky to be based in the wonderful Cotswolds and have a large warehouse just off the M5 stocking approximately 400 different product ranges.
Litter Bins offers an extensive range of bins for schools, offices, homes and other environments. We offer very competitive pricing on single items and even better discounts for anyone buying multiple products.
We always try to source British where possible but have a large network of manufacturers all over the globe that we utilise if the product and price is right.
As well as offering litter bins to help the environment, we also use recyclable cardboard for outer packaging and to keep our products protected we use biodegradable air pockets.

Plastic bin.
A cheap material bin was delivered on time so ok.Abpladtic bin in my experience is a tough flexible item with wire not plastic snap down lid holders and a nd a proper handle on the lid.This item typical of Amazon Chinese state slaves made crap a yoghurt carton has more life expectancy.As ever a waste of materials energy forced labour and my money.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase but I am happy to hear it arrived on time. These bins are not made in China and are in fact made in the UK. They feature plastic lid clips to hold the lid in place and are made of durable food-grade plastic. I do not believe that it is an accurate representation that a yoghurt carton would have more life expectancy as a secure outdoor unit.
I am also sorry that you did not feel that you could raise this issue with us. This is the first we have heard of this issue and if we had been able to communicate with you we would have been happy to try and help as much as we can.
Finally, I am sorry that you did not feel we sent a quality UK-made item and am disappointed that you this our business would even consider the use of forced labour. This is not an accurate representation of our family-run business. I am also sorry that our product did not warrant more than a two-star review. Please do accept our apologies and thank you for your feedback.

easy to order, delivered in a couple of days
One of the bin lid supports was damaged but we fitted a small set screw in its place so no harm done.
I doubt this happened during transit as the boxes were all intact. I would suggest a lack of care from the packer. Or a lack of QA checks.
