A Brilliant Platform!
I have been working with myGwork as an EDI Consultant and Equity Trainer since 2020 and it has been a genuinely rewarding experience. As the leading global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, myGwork connects me with corporate organisations that are serious about creating inclusive workplaces, which means the training I deliver lands with real purpose and intent. Attended the World Aids Day webinar and found it very informative. A great selection of speakers from different perspectives, which highlighted some great ideas. I have attended a couple of webinars now and they have all be to a very high standard and helped my understanding of different subject matters. I would highly recommend.

It was an incredible event. Very emotional. The venue was more intimate than last time, and the guests were wonderful.

myGwork organises amazing networking events, which combine content with the networking. It is key providing tools and information on LGBTQ+ inclusion, looking at different themes, and also how it works by sector. And on the networking side, it gives me the opportunity to meet key stakeholders both from private entities and also public institutions, so that we can all work together.

I recently attended myGwork’s event “Raise Your Voice Against Discrimination Towards People Living with HIV,” held in Madrid on 19 November, and it was an outstanding experience. The platform once again proved its value by creating a space where meaningful conversations and real advocacy can take place.

What impressed me most was the strong institutional connection with the Ministry of Inclusion, which reinforced the event’s relevance and impact. It demonstrated myGwork’s ability to bring together key stakeholders who are genuinely committed to advancing equality.

The networking opportunities were also excellent. The event offered the chance to connect with other LGBTI professionals in a welcoming, inclusive environment—expanding both community and collaboration.

Overall, myGwork continues to be a powerful platform for visibility, engagement, and professional growth within the LGBTI community.

I attended to the this year’s work fair and it was amazing! I connected with so much people and learned a lot with the conferences and workshops. I’m excited to participate in more events <3

Excellent and informative panel event - really engaging and human-centric, whilst offering great takeaways for organisations looking to progress their LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion agenda. I hope to attend many more events in the future!

I have attended several panels and calls with MyGwork and they have all been amazing. Its so nice to see representation from all over the world, from all experiences of life. Its also nice to see such a large organization with the goal of spreading love and education instead of hate. Keep doing what you are doing all of you <3

The panel was super informative and well-reasoned. Everyone had lots to say and the moderator led the discussion well. I have attended multiple virtual panels hosted by myGwork and always come away feeling empowered and informed on current issues and ways to improve my business.

I found out a lot of interesting things about the community. I am about to start on a transcreation project related to LGBTQ. The panel offered not only valuable insights into the lived experiences and challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals, but also highlighted the nuances of identity and representation, all of which are central to my upcoming transcreation project. It reinforced my commitment to approaching this project with sensitivity, respect and a deep awareness of the diversity within the LGBTQ spectrum.
