Litter Bins was established in the latter part of 2012, but is part of the well-established Jaydee Living Ltd business. We pride ourselves on our customer care and if you feel we have not met your expectations in any way then please let us know.
We are lucky to be based in the wonderful Cotswolds and have a large warehouse just off the M5 stocking approximately 400 different product ranges.
Litter Bins offers an extensive range of bins for schools, offices, homes and other environments. We offer very competitive pricing on single items and even better discounts for anyone buying multiple products.
We always try to source British where possible but have a large network of manufacturers all over the globe that we utilise if the product and price is right.
As well as offering litter bins to help the environment, we also use recyclable cardboard for outer packaging and to keep our products protected we use biodegradable air pockets.

We're sorry the delivery was slower than you hoped for but as your order came in at 2pm on a Friday we are unable to deliver them next working day as we don't deliver to a business address on a weekend unless specified during the order.
Often places are closed and cannot accept the delivery so it was instead delivered on Monday.

Excellent Customer Service
Our little community centre ordered 4 new recycling bins as we have a big event for charity on Christmas day. Unfortunately part of the delivery was damaged in transit. Litter Bins UK despatched replacements promptly and with 6 days to go to the Big Day our bins are in place and ready for action.

Good quality compact bins
They are stylish to look at and two of them fit in a tight space. The pedal action feels solid and the soft close lid is a definite plus.
The only reason I didn't award five stars was because the two bins I ordered arrived in two huge cardboard crates on different days. The boxes were stuffed with enormous amounts of inflated plastic to protect the goods. Not very environmentally conscious, and it took me ages to compact and put all the packaging out for recycling.

I have checked the proof of delivery just to confirm how they arrived and they were in our standard cardboard boxes that we use for all of our products. Unfortunately due to the size of the bin we have to send them in two boxes as they cannot be stacked inside one. They would have arrived on different days due to DPD splitting consignment, this can happen sometimes and is out of control as it will happen in the DPD depot after they have left our warehouse.
Regarding the packaging we use, the inflatable plastic packaging we use is fully biodegradable and has to be used in the boxes to ensure that your bin arrived without any damage or scratches.
If you wish to find out more about the products we use and the lengths we go to with our environmental efforts we would be happy to share this with you.

Typically with any damages we require customers to email sales@litterbins.co.uk showing pictures of the damage upon delivery and we will happily send out a replacement item free of charge.
I appreciate you haven't found any issue with the damage and can continue to use the bin but respectfully we would be happy to replace the lid should you wish and that can be done by following the instructions mentioned above.
