A huge thank you to Liberty Games for supplying our brand-new arcade unit for the Sussex Business Show. Customer Service is their primary goal, I tested them several times on the phones and email, and they do offer a fantastic customer experience.

AtGames Legends Ultimate 300 Multi Game Arcade. We bought two units. I bought the smaller Pacman unit to make sure that they would deliver on time with good quality gear, and then ordered the bigger arcade unit after we got very good support.

The machine arrived in a secure, well-packaged box, complete with a glossy, high-quality manual that made assembly a breeze. Luckily, our Technical Director Martin Leppard of H2 Productions Ltd— a true flat-pack enthusiast — had the unit built and ready in under 30 minutes.

One note for anyone setting it one up at home: after assembly, the unit required a 1.34GB software update which took over an hour to update, so make sure you’ve got strong fibre broadband. Pre-loaded with 300 games (and the option to download more), it will power the Retro Game Zone with Space Invaders, Centipede, and Pac-Man.

Ordered a ATGames Pinball Micro, excellent service turned up next to day. Great Service. Pinball Micro is great fun, does not take up a lot of room, great for a man cave or little amusement section in your house. Comes with 50 tables. You can add game but TGames online experience could be better. With the extra video board you can play PC or SteamDeck Pinball. I find Legends Pinball Micro a better experience and fun than on the SteamDeck.

I ordered an outdoor pool table and table tennis top plus other accessories. The whole process was smooth and painless - from the delivery to the installation. Every time I needed to contact the company, the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. One thing I would like the company to change is keeping the customers’ order status on their website more up to date and with tracking information - my order still says that it’s ‘Awaiting Schedule’ even though it’s complete. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend Liberty Games to anyone wanting a pool table or other home games.
