Great customer service
You can tell the quality of a company and their customer service when there is a problem. I had a problem and called Lands End customer care line; there would have been a 20 minute wait, so I opted for call back. The call came within 25 mins and the advisor I spoke to was friendly and efficient - she not only sorted the problem but made me feel like a valued customer. I left the call feeling really positive.

Long delivery time
Swimsuit ordered is of good quality, but waited a long time for it to be delivered. The courier used delivered to an incorrect address, so I almost didn’t receive it at all. Won’t use this company again because of long delay between order & delivery

Very well made, good quality fabric. It’s a bit tight on first putting on but was true to size on second try - just needed a bit of a stretch to relax the fabric. Very comfortable in the water.
