Excellent service
Excellent service, easy to book via website, same day service too. Technician - Kevin arrived within the time slot and was very good, explained everything, showed me the damaged tyre to check if I wanted ut repaired or replaced. Really couldn't fault KwikFit at all.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Elliott and the Team – Kwik Fit RomfordI cannot thank Elliott, the Manager at Kwik Fit Romford, enough for the incredible service I received today.
I arrived at the branch with my tyre completely flat and was honestly dreading the experience, as I know Kwik Fit usually work on appointments and don’t typically welcome walk‑ins.Despite this, Elliott immediately put me at ease.
I was a long way from home, stressed, and unsure what to do, but he stepped in straight away and arranged for my tyre to be replaced almost immediately. His willingness to accommodate me, especially without an appointment, was genuinely appreciated.
The whole team were just as helpful and friendly, working quickly and professionally to get me safely back on the road. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and Elliott’s calm, supportive approach made a difficult situation so much easier.
A huge thank you to Elliott and his team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Kwik Fit Romford for their outstanding service and genuine care for their customers.

I visited Kwik Fit in Hounslow today to…
I visited Kwik Fit in Hounslow today to get tyres replaced on my car.
The customer service I received from the Branch Manager Leah was absolutely amazing.
Leah is very professional and highly knowledgeable.
I was also provided fabulous Customer service by the Area Manager, who visiting the Hounslow Branch. His name was Kevin derby and he really leads by example.
The tyres I required were not available and Devinder got in his car and collected the tyres from another Kwik Fit Branch.
Finally Romeo was the Kwik Fit Technican who installed my new tyres. Romeo did a excellent job.
This is Team Work in action.
Totally impressed and they all deserve the highest praise.

Had MOT at Chadderton
Had MOT at Chadderton. Needed 2 parts changing. Quoted £85 for a drop link that cost on average £10 at most retailers, and £130 for a wishbone that costs £50 at most other retailers. Total quote for the parts and work £450. Upselling at Kwik fit is ridiculous. Will not be going back. On the upside the mechanic who did the MOT and showed me the issues was great.

I had new tyres fitted (mobile). Unfortunately, there was a defective valve. However, when I took it to the local Kwikfit, they sorted it out without hesitation. And at no cost. All-in-all, a great experience and thanks to all involved.
